With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 10 guests. Its well-maintained outdoor areas are designed to become the perfect meeting point to enjoy time together during the holidays.



Outside, the property boasts a large private swimming pool surrounded by garden areas, perfect for cooling off on summer days, relaxing under the Mediterranean sun or preparing a delicious barbecue.



The garden offers several areas for relaxing or sharing moments together. The terrace becomes the perfect place to enjoy outdoor breakfasts or long evenings at sunset.



Upon entering the house, you step directly into the living-dining room. To the right is the fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub. A staircase leads to the first floor, where the rest of the sleeping area is located: a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and direct access to the terrace, a double bedroom and another with two single beds, as well as two additional bathrooms with showers.



For your comfort, all bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, available at any time of day or night.



The property is located in a quiet area of Pollença, offering privacy and relaxation while still providing easy access by car to the town centre, where you will find restaurants, cafés, traditional shops and the famous local market.
