«Disappointing first opinion. Overgrown garden, particularly the banana palms alongside the villa completely shades the pool area in November, but i suspect this wouldn't have been an issue earlier in the year, or if the palms had been trimmed. We had to carryout one or two other general repairs on arrival. Two of the showerheads were blocked, although these were quickly changed by maintenance contract, stairway light not working at all, again quickly fixed. Solar water heating was definitely non ...

«Nous étions 2 familles (4 adultes et 4 enfants) et nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans cette villa! Elle est parfaitement équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien (il y a même les serviettes de bain pour la piscine). Katerina et Georges se sont montrés très disponibles et particulièrement gentils. Aucun défaut mais il faut juste savoir que la ville la plus proche (Polis) est à 20 minutes en voiture pour les courses et autres services.»

«Siamo stati molto bene, ma la villa ha bisogno di alcune migliorie, i bagni devono essere più funzionanti, non funzionava una lampada in camera da letto, mancavano alcune cose in cucina c’erano tante formiche. «Die Hausbesitzer hatten für unser erstes Frühstück eingekauft. Sehr lobenswert und mitgedacht, da wir erst spät Abends ankamen. Ein Schlauch im Garten (der auch die Küche mit Wasser versorgte) war eines Tages undicht. Wir haben Bescheid gegeben und 1 Stunde später wurde alles repariert. Die Hausbesitzer hatten auf unser Nachfragen einige Zettel (für unsere Abreise) ausgedruckt. Sehr zuvorkommende und nette Besitzer.»

«We have just returned from celebrating our nieces wedding at Coral Bay. We chose the villa for the location, which has been perfect for us. A lovely 15min walk into coral bay for bars and restaurants. Legends bar is literally a two minute walk away, food and live music was really good. «Hosts were very helpful and attentive from booking, answering all questions, responses during our stay and arranging transport to and from the villa. Access to and around the villa is a challenge for those with mobility issues, especially the stairs down to the lounge that have no handrails. We needed to rely on taxis at times during our stay for our elderly parents as there is a steep slope from the main road to the villa and local facilities are at least a 20 minute walk for those with ...

«We loved the size and location of the property. When we arrived the property was clean and the host had left us a welcome pack of food and drink in the fridge. He also popped by on a couple of occasions with a lovely cake. We loved the swimming pool and used it most days. The villa was located up a lane and felt very private. «ARSINOE 29 is an amazing place. Lovely locacted close to the beach. The home is arranged with love and quite some attention to bigger and smaller details. We enjoyed Cyprus also because of our home, which felt like a home for us during our stay. A big THANK YOU to our nice hosts. Being back in snowy Germany after 28-29 degrees on Cyprus, we are thinking already going back soon.. and if so, ARSINOE 29 is high on our list where we would love to stay.»
