"Hotel is really beautiful and have a fantastic beach. We had the «bang on beach» room, and I highly recommended it. So nice to lay in bed and see the beautiful sea and sunrise. The staff where greate and the facilities beautiful. The only thing negative for us was the restaurant. We where so surprised by the experience with the food and service, as the reviews where so positive. The breakfast is really good. No complaints there. The lunch and dinner menu looks good and has good amount of choices. But 20% off for the extra items on the menu when you are on full board is not enough. A week at the hotel and the choices you have runs out fast. I hardly saw anyone at the TEK TEK restaurant. Probably because of the price. The ingredients where good, but the taste of the food was a let down. It was too bland. I can not put my finger on it, but you where just left underwhelmied every time. But the worst thing was the service. I feel bad saying this cuz everyone is so very nice. But we did not have one meal the whole week where something was not «a miss». We had to wait a lo and ask for things many times. It was funny in the beginning, but got really annoying at the end of the stay. The problem is that it looked like there is no system in place/ lack of training?Not sure. I hope this improves going forward. I also think they should lower the price of drinks( both with and without alcohol). Way to expensive!! The guys(and Heroo) on the beach where top! Made our stay better 😘"

"Honestly, there’s a star or two too much in play here, the hotel itself is, at best, very average. But, location wise, with the view, sunsets etc it obviously great. Also, the buildings, area surrounding inside complex also nice. Room was ok’ish. But cramped, and dead hard beds, also ant issue in bathroom in particular, but fair enough. Most of the staff friendly, but a couple of divas, especially in reception, which really the place could do without. Food was below par. We time and time again experienced breakfast not being stocked up, even before 9am, which really is unheard of, seeing breakfast ends 10am. We only had one dinner in restaurant, really because it was bad. Had some lunches, none of which very memorable, more because there wasn’t too many options nearby. Selection not as you should expect either. All in all, nice place, but plenty to work with, especially staff wise and food wise. And yes, there’s at least one star too many on that hotel logo…"

"Nydelig resort med fantastiske ansatte som virkelig gjorde alt for at vi skulle trives. God mat, fine sportsfasiliteter, fin strand og rolig atmosfære. Vi fikk oppgradert til familie-suite, noe som gjorde opplevelsen komplett. Tusen takk for oss"
