«CLEAN, beautiful, and perfectly located property. Probably not ideal for kids but we were there with our three teens and they loved it. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been at. Can’t wait to come back!»

«The place is always clean and well maintained. The casino floor does have a smoky smell to it but that isn't unexpected. The food can be hit or miss but not bad.»

«I would never stay at this place again. The whole room, and for that matter resort, is rundown. The couch in the sitting area which was made of fake leather was ripped and peeling- nobody would sit in it. The bathroom was dirty and the fixtures were rusty. The Jacuzzi was tiny. It was the only thing that was clean in the whole place. The phone was broken. We were unable to call for reservations on the day of our visit. «Hotellet har en fin beliggenhet i forhold til det meste i Hamar. Hotellet ellers er slitt med små rom og slitte fellesarealer. Når så betjeningen ellers var litt småsure er ikke totalopplevelsen spesielt mye å skryte av.»

«Property was clean and breakfast was decent. What I didn’t like was that they are remodeling and they started working before 8 AM on a Saturday. They were hammering directly below our room and my wife and I could hear everything clearly and it woke us up.»

«Outside property and surrounding area was beautiful. Cottages look great from the outside however the one I stayed in needs an upgrade!(#50) The bedroom was fine(except for paint peeling on the ceiling) and the blinds and balance were outdated and fridge was noisy. The bathroom needs a serious upgrade! Toilet too low, mirror over sink to high, and tub didn’t drain. After two showers there was over a foot of standing water. Doors were not the most secure. «it was not what we expected . the pictures on the site are not what it looks like in person. Th room had old style chairs that had rips and tears . We opened up the dresser drawer the front fell off where the wires are for the wifi and tv. The a/c had a real strong freshener smell . Paint chipped. We were not happy!»
