«The cottage was great. It smelled like smoke, but I think it was from the fireplace and having windows shut. It was very neat but still homey and had all linens, kitchen supplies and even a dishwasher. There was a small fan, but we brought our own box fan, which I recommend if it’s warm out. «We had a lovely stay at this property. The home is clean, comfortable and great for a small group. We had two families staying, 4 adults and two children ages 4 and 7. We visited just after a recent snowfall, and the kids had a blast playing in the snow both at the property, and at the local sledding hill (which was super fun!) «Rooms were dreary and dilapidated. Painted areas show all the signs of peeling and chipping that the poor housekeeping staff can only wipe over. Holes in the bathroom covered by thin pieces of wood. I do not enjoy giving bad reviews but I have to warn fellow travelers.»
