"We had a nice stay overall. The unit was very clean, bright, and in a great location with plenty of restaurants and brunch spots within walking distance. Street parking was easy to find and the neighborhood was quiet.The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear noise from the unit above. The water pressure in the sinks and shower was also very low, which made showering difficult. The kitchen was nice to have, but there were very limited pots and pans for cooking.Overall, it was a clean and convenient place to stay."

"Everything was great. Rooms are spacious and clean. The homeowner responded to questions within 15 minutes. Our we arrived at the house sooner than expected and he graciously allowed us to enter the house early. There are two offstreet parking spots and a cute little patio.. Only thing that we could’ve used that was not there was a baby gate for the stairs. He had a highchair and a pack and play which were greatly appreciated. "

"Property advertised as sleeping 10, and on arrival morning (a month after the reservation was made), host texted me (outside the app) to express concern about the size of our group (10). I explained who we were and why we wanted to stay there and was given the ok. However, host subsequently went incommunicado for many hours past check-in time, later claiming that because I had responded to them via text rather than inside the app, I had failed to communicate and the reservation was cancelled. (VRBO suggested I call, and that didn't work either.) We were stranded in several cars at least an hour away from home, and had to scramble to get everybody transported and minimally housed for the night. It was stressful and upsetting! I would never trust this host with any reservation again, and I'm honestly going to be more leery about VRBO interactions going forward!"
