«It was a last minute booking. I arrived to the front desk. An adult welcomed me and said- well this is the last room we have just released. Good. Check in and of to the room. «Upgraded to premium linnens and snack but linnens were probably washed but had hairs and stains and there were no snacks in the room: had to ask for them. We were 4 but snacks was more sized for two. Corridors very dirty and noicy. Generally very worn down hotel. Room was better than the corridors but also not to standard.»

«Overall, found the staff to be very friendly and courteous; the only reason I was unable to give five stars was due to my room smelling like stale cigarette smoke, despite being a smoke-free room (no fault of the owners). The building is quite old, but appears to be maintained within reason. The room was clean, and everything worked as expected. For the price, I cannot complain!»
