The condo was extremely comfortable, well-furnished and kitchen fully stocked. Great views from screened in porch area of beach and sunsets. Pool area was excellent. Bell person service for arrival and departure were so appreciated, friendly and efficient. Guest services team always friendly and helpful for all steps of the rental process and calls for additional questions. Rental of golf cart a must and cart in good condition. Highly recommend this unit and Palm Island Resort.

paceful week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Exactly what we needed, a quiet week with the family, a really peaceful place and the apartment exceeded what we expected, very well equipped, with everything you need, cozy and clean. This is not a complaint... but maybe in a near future mattress in the master bedroom could be replaced, this is only a very personal criterion, but overall, we had a very good experience.

The Perfect Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Palm Island and have been coming here for 40 years. The property is still recovering from the hurricane, which is why I gave it less than a perfect score. Also, re. Management- we were here over 2 weeks and were unable to book housecleaning- probably a shortage of labor during a busy time.

13 day Beach Vacation our 15th vacation at Palm Island Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This washer 15th vacation at Palm Island Resort. Our 2 bedroom Villa # 1211 was a disappointment mainly because the seawall prevented coming down the stairs to the beach. Plus it had no WIFI connection. We spend all our time on the beach rarely use the pools. WE stopped at office and they immediately asked what would help. Susanne showed us three other Beach Villas and we chose# 2011. This was great. Palm Island Resort is our favorite Beach vacation. So much so we plan to bring our family of 14 to the Resort in 2018 end of January. to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the second year in a row, we were able to have a fantastic stay on Palm Island. We were able to rent the same unit as requested and it was just as we remembered. I can honestly say that Palm Island is my favorite vacation destination and has been since our very first stay in 1987. Unit 2011 is by far our favorite and is in the perfect location for us.Thanks again for a lovely vacation. Your staff are always most friendly and helpful and the island is all anyone would ever need to have fun and relax!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very relaxing week at Palm Island Resort. The villa was perfect and the kitchen was amazingly well-equiped. So much so that we ate almost every meal in our villa. We did venture out to both restaurants and they were both excellent and reasonably priced for a resort.

Perfect Getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at Palm Island this summer and as always we had a great time! This unit was perfect for our family. The kitchen was very well stocked (much better than some other units we've stayed in) and the beds were very comfortable. We spent most of our time in the pool or driving around in the golf cart this time, but we enjoyed the pretty views of the beach from everywhere we went. We will definitely be back to Palm Island and will remember this unit specifically for our next stay!
