The condo complex offers top-notch amenities, including free mainland parking, free ferry service, a heated pool, boat slip access, and meticulously maintained grounds—everything you need for a relaxing island getaway. Leave the busyness of everyday life behind as you explore sandy beaches and the island’s scenic paths by golf cart. Once you arrive, you may never want to leave!

This freshly updated two-bedroom, two-bath condo (one bedroom and bath upstairs, one downstairs) has everything you need for a carefree stay. The fully stocked kitchen includes all cooking essentials, and the comfortable living room features a smart tv and free Wi-Fi. You’ll also find a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Downstairs, the storage area is equipped with everything for a perfect beach day—sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella, and more. A golf cart is even included for easy island exploration!! (Please note that we allow our guests to use our golf cart at no extra cost. While we do our best to make sure it’s in working condition during the stay; we cannot guarantee it. We appreciate your understanding.)

There’s also a charcoal grill available (just bring your own fuel). The condo provides bath towels, beach towels, and all bedding—so just pack your swimsuit/sandals and enjoy the island paradise of Little Gasparilla! We hope you enjoy your stay and are happy to answer any questions you may have!

We do our best to provide what we can for an easy stay, but please remember to bring laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper and any toiletries, etc. you may want during your time on the island.
