. Perched high on pilings, Bird's Nest welcomes couples and families looking for a peaceful island retreat. Rent together with our sister property, Bay Watch, for groups up to thirteen guests.



Enjoy bay and island views from the upper observation deck, or take a short stroll to the beach for spectacular sunsets and shelling. This cozy one-bedroom, one-bath apartment shares the property with Bay Watch. Please note that the front stairs are shared.
Accommodates: up to six guests (one queen bed and two full futons).
Amenities include: satellite WiFi, air conditioning, 75 inch Smart TV, washer and dryer, linens, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, kayak, two paddleboards, books, games, cornhole, darts, hammock, beach chairs and towels. No dishwasher.



Pets are welcome with owner approval and $150 fee. No smoking.
Sunday check-ins must be approved.



Golf cart rentals are available on the island through local providers (not included with this rental).
Boat-only access - the barge landing is directly in front of the property.

Rates: subject to 12 percent tax, cleaning and reservation fees. $500 refundable security deposit required.
Credit card payments: subject to 3 percent fee (may be avoided by paying by check).
