«The staff was great. Appreciate the housekeeper and the chef. Both did an excellent job. The kitchen cabinets were dirty looking and some of the cabinet doors were falling off the hinges. Took the top of the toilet tank off one of the bathroom because the toilet was continuously running and there was black mold. Overall the experience was great and my family had a great time.»

«We found this place to be so unique and loved all of it. It was spacious. The rainforest shower was gorgeous. It had everything one could possibly need for a 6 night stay. We had a golf cart so we were able to explore the area all the way down to Placencia pier district. It was nice to vome home to a private pool and relax and watch the sun set over the lagoon. The balcony was relaxing and i even got some photos of the full moon. Highly recommend and would stay again.»

«The house was beautiful and well appointed. The house is as described in the listing. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool. We had daily visits from the neighbors very sweet and dogs. My girls LOVED that! We ate a Maya Bistro a couple times and it was delicious (just down the street). Check-in and out was easy! We loved our trip to Belize!»

«We went on a birthday trip with 8 ladies and this villa was perfect! The location is great and the house is beautiful. It's right on the beach! Everyone had their own bed and each room had it's own private entrance. We had a lot of fun getting to town on the golf carts. «After a bit of a panic with Valencia canceling 5 days before arrival (3rd time they have done so over the years) we rented this spectacular home. Large, comfortable, well laid out space. «Shelley was an amazing host. Always there tongreet you and help if you needed anything! I cannot say enough nice things about her. Our beachfront cabana was next to the bar. They did warn us ahead of our stay, but decided to go with it anyway. There were times it was loud, but not unbearable and worth the view on the beach and price. Julias is in a great location within walking distance of everything. For this reason we didnt need a car rental. Loved Placencia!»
