«The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. «The host was great. The home is beautiful! We had a large group out for a marriage retreat. We drove 6 and a half hours to visit the mountains. Once we arrived we had to drive up a very steep and narrow driveway, with 5 trucks, it was very difficult to maneuver in such a tight space. Very frustrating! There were no handicap ramps or railing. «All was fantastic! Comfortable beds, all was cleaned and nice. Jacuzzi was hot at all the times. Loved oversized washer and dryer. This house had everything you need in the kitchen, even the draw with all kinds of spices for cooking. Loved the location, was easy to access and close to restaurants and rocky top sports world where our daughter had volleyball game. The hosts were pleasant and responsive. «The location was great, very close to town but still felt secluded and private. The cabin was nice. Loved the back porch hottub. Dishes were provided and the furniture was in good condition. I would have left a higher rating if not for the following complaints:The bedspread and mattress protecter were sour smelling and needed to be rewashed when we arrived. The jets on the indoor jacuzzi tub did not turn on after filling the tub. The toilet makes a high pitched screaming sound after flushing. »
