«Host was very polite and quick responses to text. Loved this house. It's lovated at the top of the mountain with a beautiful drive past Ober ski mountain. The hot tub was great and sauna worked well. I do wish there were instructions and a small bucket to fill water for the sauana. The gaming table did not work, which was a disappointment. «The location is great—just a short drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The area is extremely quiet, and the heat worked very well during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was clean overall.The online photos do differ somewhat from what is actually in the house. There is a sectional upstairs near the bedrooms that is separated into pieces and takes up a lot of space; removing it would make the area feel more open. «Everything at this stay was amazing! From clean kitchen, necessities of appliances, clean bedrooms, lots of space, fire pit outback, game room shed, hot tub to the beautiful views through out the day! When arriving very steep driveway and will arrive to the back side of the house. My children and I felt like this was our home away from home! Will definitely book if available again :) my kids didn’t wanna leave!»

«The house was beautiful. Everything was stocked fully for our needs. Everything was in working order . Everything was extremely comfortable. The hot tub was great . We had to stay an extra night due to weather and they had no problem at all extending us by a day . Thank you so much and we hope to be able to stay with you again . »

«Check In information wasn’t sent, had to ask for it when we arrived. Dishes weren't very clean. Certainly tenants are responsible for cleaning what they use before us, but we had to wash several items just to have enough for our family. We almost ran out of toilet paper on a 4 day stay. There was no liquid soap in the dispenser in the main bathroom. Had to use body wash. Just didn’t seem like the standard VRBO offers. Could easily be fixed. »
