«I must have overlooked the fact that this is a duplex house. I didn’t go back and check the listing description so it’s very possible I just overlooked it. It would have been very uncomfortable if other renters had been downstairs below us. I am Very sure the ad did mention “privacy”, but failed to mention that you can sit on the deck and hear your neighbors conversation. Plus having to back out of the driveway was a real pain. Perhaps waiting for the asphalt to be completely settled ...
