Lovely hotel and personnel
I arrived early at La Pace after a night of very little sleep, hoping that my room would be ready. I was told the check in was at 2 pm, but when the receptionist saw the desperation in my eyes he called the cleaning staff and arranged for my room to be finished in 15 minutes instead. Talk about being service minded! The room was very comfortable and clean, the bed was particularly comfortable. When I had some issues operating the AC, the personnel at the hotel came running straight away. The hotel breakfast was also very good and had a variety of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel room was in an extremely bad condition. No water pressure in the shower and dirt along the shower doors. Additionally very dirty windows, windowsill, floors. The only upside was the very friendly people at the check in as well as the price.

The room was good and the service at the reception excellent.The breakfast served everything you wish and was perfect. The only thing you could complain of was " the area around" the hotell, but when you were inside the hotell you wear in a perfect place. We can recommend this hotell, nearly to everything.

Mye for pengene
God service og rene greie rom. Ikke noe luksus, men veldig sentralt hvis man skal reise videre med tog. Rene og fine rom. God frokost. 50 meter fra jernbanestasjonen. Kommer til å bo der igjen.

Slitt hotell med mye manglende vedlikehold.
Slitt og fremsto som noe skittent hotell, ikke fungerende aircondition (filtre var full av støv og skitt også)gav oss en søvnløs natt. Ble ikke fikset til tross for at personalet ble gjort oppmerksom på dette. (Innom og slo av og på og mente den fungerte, noe den ikke gjorde).

Anche questa volta mi sono trovato benissimo presso Hotel La Pace, ho alloggiato in una camera singola. La camera era pulita ed ordinata inoltre la piacevole presenza della bottiglietta d'acqua in omaggio. Il bagno con box doccia e bidet, presente il set completo di asciugamani. Lo Staff professionale e cortese sia alla Reception sia nella sala colazione. La colazione per me è un notevole punto di forza del La Pace in quanto è a buffet con amplissima scelta tra dolce, salato inoltre frutta e verdura.

I enjoyed our stay in Hotel La Pace. The room was comfortable (although not the best views, however it was an economy room) and clean, the towels were changed and bed tidied every day when we were out. We had a small issue with the toilet flush which was fixed in less than 2 hours. The only thing could be improved is the wifi - it was quite weak and we were unable to use our devices as the roaming was not the best either.

Tired property flaking and stained paintwork. Shower leaked on to floor. No lights in the corridor. Entrance in near derelict alley. Well past its best.

Il mio soggiorno è stato molto gradevole. L'hotel centrale, vicinissimo alla stazione. Il personale gentilissimo è disponibile. Camera graziosa, perfetta per una persona, letto alla francese comodo. Colazione compresa nel prezzo eccellente.

This is a great hotel especially if arriving in Florence by train. The room we had was presented with a balcony and a jacuzzi bath. The room was spacious and clean but it lacked plugs needed for charging of various electrical items. The staff on reception were informative and helpful. We opted to use their Spa facility for an hour one evening at €58 Euro - exclusive use was good but not sure if value for money. The gym was being used and looked good. We had breakfast included - whilst this was a good breakfast fresh fruit was not always on show and not replenished quickly.On our last morning the coffee ran out and we gave up waiting. I was also advised that i was only allowed two Espresso's made by the waitress or I would have to pay and additional amount. Otherwise a very pleasant stay and would recommend for location.

It was perfect for us because it was close to the train station and we needed a place to stay for one night and catch the train in the morning. Quiet, easy to find, clean.

OK for anyone that’s out there this is a safe hotel it’s close to the center and their breakfast is actually pretty good so I would get this five stars based on my travel abroad throughout my whole life. I’ve been in Italy over three dozen times at least… enjoy.

It's clear Hotel La Pace had a lot of history from the art displayed throughout. The staff were excellent and friendly. The location by the train station was great, and convenient with a late flight in and an early flight out.

中央駅のすぐ前で、便利でした。建物は古いですが、内部はキレイでした。部屋もベッドも広く、バスタブもあり快適でしたが、熱いお湯が出ず、少し寒かったです。また、暖房が付かず、部屋がとても寒かったこと、ポットの中が変な匂いがして、コーヒーが飲めなかったことがマイナスでした。

Hotel molto pulito e il personale è stato veramente cordiale. Stanza accogliente con l'essenziale per dormire. Molto comoda la posizione dato che è a 200mt dalla stazione centrale. Capitissi nuovamente a Pisa, sicuramente ci ritornerò.
