Welcome to Piriac-sur-Mer, in the authentic charm of the old town! Open the entrance door and discover a large living room of nearly 55 m², tastefully decorated. The open kitchen, modern and functional, has a friendly counter and everything necessary to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker are also available. Share your meals around the dining table for 6 people or, on beautiful days, sit at the outdoor table to enjoy the garden. In the evening, gather in the living room around the large comfortable sofa, television and coffee table. A bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as an independent toilet, complete the ground floor.



Upstairs, you will find a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the left side of the corridor. A little further along, a large bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm) and a spacious dressing room awaits you for comfortable nights. Two other bedrooms complete this sleeping area, each with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm) and comfortable armchairs for a moment of relaxation. A second bathroom with a shower and toilet is also available.



For added comfort, a washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal.



Note: The accommodation does not have a private parking space, but public parking spaces are available nearby. In summer, access to the street is reserved for local residents, so you will need to obtain the badge that the owner provides for you to access the accommodation by car.
