In the heart of a family holiday complex overlooking St Goustan beach, we offer you a beautiful apartment for 4 people in duplex format. Whether you enjoy swimming in the pool or prefer sea bathing, here everyone will be satisfied. The residence has an unheated pool open from 15 June to 15 September. You go down a few steps, and you are immediately on the beach.



The proposed accommodation is located on the 3rd floor with a lift. Upon entering, you discover a beautiful living room overlooking a lovely balcony with an unobstructed view.



The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find a refrigerator, a microwave grill and an induction hob for cooking delicious meals. A dishwasher is also available to spare you this task. For breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker. You can have your meals around a square wooden table that is welcoming and convivial. To relax, a TV lounge will allow you to watch a good film or get excited about sporting events.

A first bedroom on this level offers two single beds. The bathroom has a large sink and a bathtub.

The second bedroom is in a mezzanine, open onto the living area. We should note that the maximum height under the ceiling is 1.75 m. You will find a lovely double bed there in a pleasant seaside atmosphere. For added comfort, you will find a hairdryer in the bathroom.



A parking space has been reserved for you. The residence also has a laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers (paid service to be settled on site according to usage).



A collective bicycle storage facility closed at night is also at your disposal.
