Herlig uke.
Bra familie hotell. Bra service. Fleste rom med utsikt til strand og basseng. Noen av rommene er nyoppyset og moderne, vi fikk et eldre rom. Stort, romslig og rent med herlig utsikt. Ikke spennende mat på hotellet men grei frokost med mye utvalg. Dessverre lite utvalg av frukt og sunne alternativer. Rolig og avslappende område. Beliggenheten helt topp.

Great place! we chose this as it was close to the suburban train, about a 15-20 min. walk from Calella / Pineda De Mar stations and was also beachfront. the hotel was pretty cheap on the days we went and included breakfast buffet, but it was during the weekdays which was a factor. Can add additional all inclusive for lunch, dinner and bars as well! (though I believe you have to stay for a min.5 nights) Had 4 water areas: 2 outside pools, 1 waterpark (5 slides and kids unit), and 1 indoors. Really clean, all around. most likely will have a nice view whichever room you stay , as it faces either the ocean or mountains. had many recreational activities for both kids and adults throughout the day. Also we didn't expect to there to be daily night shows which were surprisingly very entertaining and enjoyable, and different each night, all of which were very talented! the towns were very walkable with many local shops for souvies. if you don't have the all inclusive, there are also many places to dine out, in town or by the beach which were great! there are also unique local transit options such as a trainshuttle for the kids. Beach is right across from the hotel, though the sand is abit coarse and hurts the feet, but it's still a beautiful beach! overall fantastic spot, highly recommend!

Bonjour, J'ai vécu au sein de votre établissement un événement que personne ne pourrait envisager. Je me déplace souvent pour des raisons personnelles et professionnelles dans des pays et villes depuis plus de 30 ans au sein d'établissement tel que le votre Ces établissements me permettent de recevoir amis et relations professionnelles pour des moments qui devraient être inoubliables. Aujourd'hui, je recevais un invité pour des raisons professionnelles, une personne qui a fait plus de 250km pour me retrouver au sein de votre établissement. Cette personne a été traité comme un chien et quand j'en ai pris connaissance c'est moi qui ait été traité comme un chien. Outre le fait de traiter mon invité ainsi vous m'avez humilier devant lui. Une humiliation qui s'est terminée sans que je puisse discuter avec lui. Une humiliation inacceptable et vos excuses n'auront jamais raisons à mes yeux. Cette personne est devenue inaccessible et ne répond plus ni même à mes messages. Cette humiliation est un acte gratuit sans aucune raison juridique et commerciale. Ma facture ne fait en aucun cas l'objet de restriction et encore moins celle-ci. Cette humiliation me conduira à dénoncer auprès des services hôteliers votre attitude et à demander le remboursement intégral de de ma facture. Vos excuses ne pourront en aucun cas justifier cette situation, une situation que vous avez créez volontairement sans aucune raison ni juridique ni commerciale Henri Nabet

Very nice hotel, lots of facilities, great selection of food drinks and entertainment. Service was reasonable but a lot of new / inexperienced staff lead to some longer delays at check in and for any other queries which needed to be handled by reception.

Loved that this property had a self-service laundry. Two older washers and one dryer. You pay the front desk for small tokens to use them. Just outside the gate and around the corner there’s a great outport garden restaurant named Restaurante Can Pepe’s, great service and good food. The water park was closed, not sure why. Breakfast buffet was excellent, but not any gluten free bread items. The snack bar has a good variety of foods (nachos, fedua, gelato, calamari, and gluten free pizza) to order between meals. Conveniently located across the street from the beach. You take stairs and a tunnel to get to beach by going under the train tracks. We could not get a single taxi to take us to Calella. Tried the GiTaxi app, tried calling, had the front desk attendant try- nothing. No taxis available so we walked way too much. Would’ve been nice for Ironman race to offer a shuttle all weekend, as it was the “official race hotel”, which meant nothing but an early Bfast on race morning. The hotel was nice but the distance to the race was not convenient. Stay in Calella for the race.

The aquapark closed for the season on the 24th of September as stated on our website and reopens on the 9th of May 2024.We are an official Ironman hotel offering accomodation near to the race, but unfortunately no other race services are included. We are sorry that you were unable to get a taxi when needed, but it was an extremly busy weekend and the local taxis in Pineda were overloaded with work.We hope to have the pleasure in welcoming you again. Wonderful hotel
I literally cannot fault this hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely with 3 pools, a indoor pool and water park. Right across the road from the beachfront. There are 2 bars and a snackbar and 2 pool bars. The room was cleaned everyday. The restaurant was big and the food was good with a great variety. The snack bar has a good menu if your not all inclusive. The staff were absolutely lovely. Anything you need just ask reception and they will help you. 2 little shops just across the road from thevmain entrance if you need a shop. All around this is a wonderful hotel

A parte il mare, personale maleducatissimo. Abbiamo avuto un problema sanitario e non siamo stati supportati anzi ci hanno fatto pagare invece di essere curato da cittadini europei gratis. Avevamo prenotato perché le recensioni erano positive, non si sono dimostrate tali. La peggior vacanza della nostra vita!

Indoor pool area questionable
Great food, great service. Clean rooms. The jacuzzi and indoor pool need a complete overhaul, or at least a good power wash from top to bottom. They were dingy and the jacuzzi had that foam that was indicative of being poorly kept. Overall I still would return but I would avoid the indoor pool area as a whole.

Lidt bedre opfyldning og rengøring på værelset.
Morgenmaden var perfekt,ligeledes servicen. Der hvor det halter lidt, er rengøringen og mangel på opfyldning på værelset. En god ting ville være at man kan bruge sit kort døgnet rundt,så man kan bruge lågen ved poolen til at komme ned til stranden og ikke skulle gå helt udenom

Staff was not very friendly. When I asked to do late checkout for 1 hour, although there was availability they asked 45 Euro extra for it.

Formidable séjour en famille
Notre séjour c'est très bien passé. L'hôtel est magnifique, le parc aquatique et les piscines au top, l'accueil formidable, les animations et animateurs géniaux et le personnel aux petits oignons. Le seul bémol est le manque de choix et de qualité au niveau du restaurant, rien d'original ni de spécial, de la nourriture simple .

Lekker op vakantie
Eten vaak koud , slechte wifi , veel stof en gebruikte handdoek onder bed, beetje veraf van winkelstraat , gehorig , geen bloedrukmeter in hotel. Maar wel goed hotel , leuk zwembad , dicht bij het strand.

The wi-fi that we have is for basic use for sending messages etc. but depening on the use of fellow guests may slow the connection down. We do hope that you mentioned that your room wasn´t sufficiently clean at the time so that we could solve this matter immediately. For this type of hotel the price is expensive hotel is overbooked hardly space in the pool, always que at the Resturant, there was too too much people.

The hotel is a very large complex and in the month of August with high capacity. We feel that the restaurante is open a reasonable amount of time to offer the guests the option to dine earlier or later to avoid queues. The hotel also offers more than the average number of sunbeds and guests are asked not to reserve the sunbeds but to obtain an adequate rotation of use we need the co-operation of fellow guests. Magnifique Hôtel avec beaucoup d animation
Hotel très propre..beaucoup d animation pour les enfants tout au long de la journée. Ma fille a 5 ans..mesure 1m20..elle a pu largement profiter des toboggans pour son age..qui sont déjà largement suffisant pour qu'elle s amuse. Ils y a biensur les toboggan pour adultes. La seul critique c est les touristes eux même qui ne portent pas leurs masques au buffet.je comprend pas comment on peut manquer de respect comme ça.

Very good hotel in July, too many people in August. The animations and the shows during the evening are incredible. Every night very good artists. Excellent option for families with children.

Le personnel est au top, très bon accueil. Très belle plage juste devant l hôtel. Buffet très copieux, varié et surtout très bon.
