Afrodita is a house with two independent apartments, but they share an outdoor area, entrance from the street, garden area, washing machine and barbecue, although each one has a separate main entrance.

It is an ideal house for families or friends who want to spend wonderful vacations together, but at the same time, independently.

Each apartment has 2 rooms:

Ground floor apartment: 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. Semi-open porch kitchen.
First floor apartment: 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 room with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. Open kitchen and terrace.
In the garden area, which is shared by both houses, you can enjoy a good rest, as it has hammocks.

The house has free Wi-Fi.

The environment where this accommodation is located is a quiet urbanization, within the urban area, with a bus line, and at the same time it is close to shops and a large supermarket (5 min on foot).

One day a week you will also find a street market about 15 min walk away.

Dear client, Paradise Rent Barcelona wishes to facilitate your arrival, which takes place at our office located at Paseo Europa 10-12 bajos de Pineda de Mar (08397).

Entry hours: from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Departure time: at 10:00 a.m.

In the case of making the entrance outside the office hours scheduled for the delivery of the keys to your holiday home, we offer you the following options:

1. Direct entry to the accommodation: A member of our team will deliver the keys directly to your accommodation (at the same time). This option has an additional cost.

2. Entry out of hours: the additional cost depends on the arrival time.

3. SELF CHECK-IN: Arrival after hours and delivery of keys in a mailbox with code. The entire reservation must be paid in advance, as well as the deposit, if any, and the information of all the guests.



Check-in and check-out hours:



- Check-in: from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tickets before or after the established hours, check prices. Previous acceptance of the establishment.- Check-out: until 10 a.m.

Included services:



- Linen and towel service included in the price.

- Electricity, water and gas consumption included with responsible consumption.

extra services:- Pets: €6 per day (after consulting acceptance and with a maximum weight of 6 kg)

- Tourist tax (mandatory before entering): €1 per person per day with a maximum of 7 days.

- 100kW free. Extra consumption, from 100kW, €0.25/kW.

House's rules:



- Groups of young people under 27 years of age are not allowed.- Do not be too noisy in order to respect the other neighbors. Especially from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., since it is totally forbidden to speak in a loud tone, make noise...- It is forbidden for someone who is not in the reservation to sleep or use the accommodation- Parties are totally prohibited.- Pets are allowed but they must be well educated and cannot be left home alone under any circumstances. They have to be quiet and not noisy.- If you lose the keys: €50- Before leaving, leave the dishes washed and keep the house tidy.- Do not leave candles or any other type of object that could cause a fire in the house.- The towels that are provided are for the shower, they are not beach towels or for cleaning shoes..., so please do not use them for that purpose. Each damaged towel will be charged from the deposit of €5/small and €10/large.









CONDITIONS FOR LONG STAY:

For stays of more than 3 weeks consult prices (special offers).Keep in mind that we charge expenses separately (water, electricity, gas...). Each month we will provide you with the consumption invoices and you must pay them.

The amount of the deposit will depend on the duration of the rental.
