«We had a lovely trip with extended family. Location is great, short walk to the beach and places to eat. Short drive to the great public park in Atlantic Beach with put-put and a splash pad. Host was great with communication and the check-in process was easy. Community pool was clean and gave our kids the opportunity to make new friends.»

«Perfect location in Atlantic Beach. Very nice pool and Hot tub, both were cleaned and in great shape. It is an older house, but is well taken care of and has been updated and renovated. Plenty of seating space throughout. Check-in/check out was very smooth and straight forward. Host had great communication. Parking is a bit tight if you have more than two vehicles, but we did make it work. Overall great value»

«Only thing that I would have the owner do extra is to advise of her property line for parking reasons. Otherwise, clean and a great beach atmosphere. Several amenities there so renters do not need to over pack. 5 stars»

«We loved our stay here! The hosts were so informative and accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed learning more about the property and the area from them. Also loved having off street parking. The bungalow is decorated so well! Even the sailing boat mobile on the fan was just so perfectly done for the space. «Great, cozy house with tons of space for 6 and easy access to the beach! Diane was so kind and responsive to messages before and during our trip and made our experience at Atlantic Beach one we won’t forget. The house was very clean and well stocked with hand soap, dish soap, and detergent. Having a tv in each room to wind down after a long day was great when my kids just wanted to relax. We will certainly be back!»
