«Very nice place ti stay and I think reasonable. Dining next door at Flippers was very good. I was surprised to see every building is either new or completely refurbished. Due to the recent hurricane. But it us coming back strong. I would definitely recommend this condo for a nice quiet stay. Communication with the owner was easy and very quick.»

«We booked last minute for a beach getaway on our anniversary. The unit is a little dated but very clean and well kept. It is right on the beach but the unit faces the street. There is a small porch on the side with a beach view. The location is great and only a short walk to Stump Pass Beach State Park. Overall we had a great stay here.»

«This property was absolutely amazing! My husband and I gave this vacation to our daughter for a birthday gift. She is an avid shark tooth hunter, she was able to collect over 900 sharks teeth in 5 days. We also had 2 of our grandchildren along with us. «The address we were given, 3401, was/is incorrect. We were not given the name of the condo units, and once found, realized there was no signage. I called the property manager for info and was told they did not speak English, unfortunately we were not bi-lingual. We recognized the condo from the photo. «The apartment was cute but hardly finished. 2nd bedroom had all kind of pictures and things that made it look rushed to the market. The fees added on we exorbitant and made the actual price 2X the internet show price we will be inquiring as to gouging No beach chairs just 3 stadium chairs We were not made aware of the total reconstruction of the island and should have been. «The condo was well equipped (aside from the refrigerator issues- new one installed last day but had 2 small fridges to use. Most negative issue was the ice availability and having to use coolers for beverages with only 2 people it was ok. The owner communicated well regarding the fridge and initial check that everything else was satisfactory ), clean and beds are very comfy. Lots of beach supplies (the cart was awesome for the beach/pool). Would definitely recommend.»

«Was hit by a hurricane, pool was not usable but the beach is right across the street. Had some problems with an appliance but the host took care of it immediately. The beds and pillows were a bit hard for us but we made due. Overall it was OK.»

«While many homes in this neighborhood are still struggling to recover from hurricane Ian, this cozy litte place is primed for the tourist season! Recently updated with very pretty, Florida decor, and sitting right on the canal for easy access to the gulf, our time spent here was relaxing and pleasant indeed. «I have stayed at this location at least a dozen times over the past few years. The staff is excellent. The rooms are clean but the building itself is in need of repair. Some of the upper floors appear treacherous-some had construction supports while I was last there. Rugs are covering upper walkways that are in need of stain etc. Several restaurants have closed on the property so options there are dwindling. Still plenty of boutiques left if you like to shop.
