«We are locals and needed a place to stay for a couple of nights due to construction work. This listing came up when searching for single family homes to rent and we loved that it was at our favorite beach. The description mentions that this listing is only one level but that was not clear in the photos or search terms. «Great unit and great hosts to work with. Very clean and easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and nightlife. My only slight disappointment was that there is no closet in the primary bedroom and limited dresser space, but other than that everything was great! Mermaid Cottages is a wonderful group to work with, excellent communication and very accommodating. »
