«Beautiful villa in vernazza. The villa was well equipped, very pretty, and had a beautiful terrace. There was no air conditioning but the villa stayed relatively cool throughout our stay in July (although perhaps a fan would have been good!). Vernazza is a lovely base for exploring the cinque terre. The villa is around a 10 minute walk into the town up a moderate hill, but worth it for the peaceful surroundings and views. «The railway station is directly below the apartment. This wasn't noted or listed and wasn't shown in the photo's. I was really disappointed that this wasn't made clear. The space also looks more new and fresh in the photos than it really is. The space is functional and generally clean, but things were old, dated and partially broken. I think the price didn't match what we paid for. The view from the balcony was amazing though, that was the biggest highlight. »

«Our apartment was very comfortable, clean, and had a great shower in the bathroom - the best shower we had anywhere in Tuscany. Our host, David, was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our apartment was on the top floor and the stairs are very steep. However, it is located near the bottom of the hill coming from the train so you don't have to drag your luggage up the hill.
