«We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. There was zero water coming out of the top floor bathrooms sink, and the bath trickled water - so it took 45 minutes to fill it if you wanted to use it. I informed management via ...

It is hanging on hook beside door. No DVD player found. Netflix under Razuli’s name worked well. Unable to get Captain’s Quarters guest to work. Did not speak with manager. Would stay again.»
