I picked this house because of the fenced and private backyard but we barely used it because of our early am/late evening schedule. The backyard was completely unkept and the ceiling in the bathroom has water damage causing it to be falling in a bit over the sink. The window dressings were also broken and we were unable to open the blinds in the master to let any light in due to missing & broken components. «What a lovely place! Very clean and had everything we needed. Modern yet rustic, we loved the decor. Lucy (owner) was very responsive, getting back to me within minutes with any inquiry/request. We were visiting my nephew at Clemson - the property is minutes from campus. There is a cute little square walking distance from the home with a brewery and restaurants. We were traveling with our small dog and he had a great time! »
