"They could not fix extra duvet/blanket fore my soon. And it was noice from 3 floor til 02:30 in the night so we could not sleep. When we cheked out they ask if the stay was good, we told these , but still need to pay fore the water. Never go back there."

"God beliggenhet, en kort spasertur fra Varenna sentrum. Litt kronglete innsjekk via et annet hotell sin resepsjon, men gikk greit. Hyggelig personale. God frokost. Liten strand ca. 5 min. gangavstand (obs strand med hunder). Varenna er uansett nydelig og fantastisk, vi tilbrakte lite tid på hotellet:) "

"A cozy hotel located in the super nice town Argegno. This could be a four star hotel if the service and rooms were better. We booked a room without lake view, which was a mistake. These rooms face the main road with cars running by 24/7. When we asked for extra towels we where told we could rent one for 3EUR. The breakfast did not match the price, as the staff didn’t restock when the food ran out. The town of Argegno is however super nice and cozy, and the hotell is the only one located on the water with walking distance to cozy shops and restaurants, and boat rentals. "
