«Awesome place and highly recommended. Beautiful rooms at prime location. HOWEVER, communication at front desk was not only challenging because of the language barrier, but I reserved 7 rooms for my biker group and they charged my card and we also paid cash for the rooms upon leaving. They said my card would not be charged, however that was false. Had to go thru Expedia for refunds. Double check your charges before you leave l, I assumed pending would fall off, but it didn’t. »

«We had 6 days in this excellent, incredibly spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment on the 20th floor of the FLC Tower. Far exceeded our expectations and would definitely return again. Everything in both the tower and the apartment worked well - elevators in these high rise buildings in Vietnam are often slow but not here. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach, surrounded by restaurants and cafes & about 20 minutes on foot to the large shopping plaza with a good supermarket for those ...

«Everything is excellent except for pick up guess area policy. It did not make sense when the resort did not allow our drive to drive to the front of reception area to pick up guess, even it was raining and the parking lot was far from the front desk. »

«This was an interesting property with some nicely designed interior features and run by a lovely family who tried very hard to please. However, it was not a bilingual property as advertised and that was frustrating at times.I found the kitchen poorly equipped and had to supply some of my own utensils. There was no microwave as advertised and the washing machine had Chinese only instructions.Attention to these small details could make a big difference to someone's stay.»

«We spent one night at the FLC resort after our Vietage train trip. I chose this resort because they had 4 bedroom villas that could accommodate my family of 8 under one roof with very reasonable prices. The resort feels secluded and it looks like the expansion portion is half done, but we had a good stay! Some parts of the resort is a bit worn, but the villa was beautiful and HUGE. Plenty of room for everyone. The golf course view from the villa had an ocean view as well. We swam and rented ...

«Nice staff! Quaint fishing village. Restaurant next door open for dinner and the food was great! but if you want breakfast you need to order the night before. Not ideal if you are not aware and are catching the water taxi first thing without an other options near by! »
