«Regent PQ is really a MUST try in Phu Quoc. We have been all around the world in many beautiful resorts, but this simply is the best. The service was great, the property is stunning and the food is to die for. We had a room with a seaview which was such scenic experience during the sunset. The same goes for the gym. I had a gym session during sunset, and wow... Would stay here again 10 out of 10 times. »

«Very nice resort»

«Was dissappointed of the standard of the hotel. Restaurant lacked in options, and the food was not good. We ended up eating from the childrens menu.. However service was excellent, from the receptionists to the concierge. Had some problems with the TV in our room one of the days, and the receptionist took the problem very seriously. Technicians came immediately. Appreciated that the GM took time to talk to the guests. Would try another hotel if we were to come to PQ again... »

«Very nice hotell on Kem Beach. Fantastic rooms and a breakfast with everything and more. The pool area is amazing. Nice gym. Restaurant with a big food selection, with ok quality. All the food can be ordered as room service. The restaurant is slooooow so be prepared for a long wait. »

«Fin resort men føler ikke at det er 5 stjerner. Dårlig service da folk virket helt stresset. Dårlig utvalg av mat. Kun buffe som var kjempe dyr. Ikke vert pengene. Liten sannsynlig at vi kommer tilbake neste gang.»

I was originally supposed to stay here for 5nights, and after a matter of days, extended to over three weeks. «Outstanding 9 nights at this well positioned hotel. Room was in great condition, always perfectly made up each day. Good size, clean swimming pool with sun loungers. Wonderful beach setting with plenty of sun loungers which offered good shade or plenty of sun. Good choice of food at breakfast buffet. Terrific staff who were an absolute credit to the hotel. They simply couldn’t be more helpful, smiling and desiring to provide the best for you»

«Eine vergleichsweise naturbelassenes Gelände in der weniger touristischen Ecke der Insel. Von hier kommt man gut überall hin sofern man sich auf die Verkehrsmittel Roller und Taxi einlässt. Sehr ruhiger Strand und nettes Personal, auf Anfrage wird einem alles gebucht und/oder Infos zu Aktivitäten und Co. gegeben. An sich ist die Unterkunft und die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür ist man auch Näher dran als in den großen Resorts die kaum was mit Vietnam zu tun haben.»

«Staff at reception are very helpful and efficient. Although can't speak much English, they will try to assist and help their guests. Nice place to stay but a bit of walking distance to the main road. Along the way, there's some restaurants that serve Asian and western food. There's one that I hv been eating there a few times with my children as price reasonable, lots of varieties, fast serving but always full house. Servers are friendly but need to wait if u want to eat there. Only setback is ...

«청결하고 직원도 친절함 오기전에 위생에 되게 신경쓰고왔는데 신경쓴게 무색할정도로 최상의 컨디션인 숙소임. 조식 메뉴가짓수가 적으나 맛은 좋았고 직원들도 순수하고 착함. 단, 조식 딤섬은 맛없음.. 리조트 안에 조그마한 마켓이 있지만 찾기 어려운 곳에 있었고 판매 용품도 적음. 레스토랑 음료나 음식은 가짓수도많고 맛있었음! 비치는 꼭 예약하고 가시길… 뷰맛집임! 숙소 근처에 정말 아무것도 없으니 나갈려면 그랩을 이용하길바랍니다.»
