Fin resort men føler ikke at det er 5 stjerner. Dårlig service da folk virket helt stresset. Dårlig utvalg av mat. Kun buffe som var kjempe dyr. Ikke vert pengene. Liten sannsynlig at vi kommer tilbake neste gang.

쉐라톤이 빈펄 멜리아보다 30배 좋습니다
빈펄리조트멜리아보더 30배는 더 좋습니다. 툭툭이 빨리오고 늦은 체크아웃되고 이른 체크인되고 밥도 맛있고 한식도있고 멜리아 리조트는 변질됐어요 장사 잘된다고 베짱 장사합니다. 멜리아 리조트는 헤어드라이어도 없고 수건도 갯수가 부족해서 신청하고 세시간 기다렸습니다. 하지만 쉐라톤은 전화 주문 후 5분이내 방문하며 항상 밖에 다녀오면 정돈됐고, 로비 직원들도 너무 친절합니다. 음식도 맛있습니다

Would not recommend.
Overall the resort was nice. The beach was very nice and not crowded. What makes this review a 2, maybe a 3 star is the food. The food was terrible unless you ordered room service or are at the garden restaurant. But it was very expensive in my opinion. Maybe that’s the price you pay for the quiet beach and quiet resort experience, who knows. But, I would think that if you’re going to pay premium prices then you should get premium options. Felt like a Cuban vacation if I’m being honest. Not what I was expecting from a Sheraton.
The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Das kann noch richtig gut werden
Das Hotel wurde im Oktober von Marriott übernommen.
Die Lage, Ausstattung und die Beach sind kaum zu toppen. Das Entree ist beeindruckend.
Die umliegenden Geschäfte, das Vergnügungsviertel und der Park sind wohl noch von Corona stark beeinträchtigt. Vieles ist zu und eigentlich gibt es überall nur das Gleiche. Westliche Küche ist quasi nicht vorhanden.
Das Personal im Hotel (und ausserhalb sowieso) kann bislang nur rudimentär Englisch von einzelnen Ausnahmen abgesehen, die es grundlegend können.
Die Staff von Marriott ist mit ganzem Herzen dabei und hat aber noch viele Klippen zu umschiffen.
Badeschlappen sind zu klein für Europäer/Amerikaner und gibt auch auf Nachfrage keine anderen.
Das Buffet war im Grunde zwei Wochen lang identisch.
Die Hotelgäste kommen teils in nassen Badesachen zum Buffet und machen so die Stühle nass.
Der room service liefert das gleiche Essen an verschiedenen Tagen sehr unterschiedlich, was zB beim Club Sandwich bedeutet, dass es einmal zwei und ein anderes Mal vier Toasts sind. Tiefer Teller und viel Wok Fried Vegies und ein anderes Mal flacher kleiner Teller...

I ordered Banmi at the swimming pool, but it took a really long time and the pork smelled bad.
The next day's breakfast meat menu smelled bad, and I couldn't order food after that. I only ordered French fries. Fortunately, the breakfast on the second day did not smell.
I trusted it because it was Sheraton Hotel, but the food didn't seem to be maintained, so I was very disappointed.
