Supert opphold
Helt fantastisk opphold, vi koste oss stort. Flott personell,flott renhold og hyggelige omgivelser.Uteområde upåklagelig og supert! God mat, kjempefin frokostbuffet med masse og god mat. Flott strand like ved.Resorten ligger litt i utkanten, men leide scooter forå se oss rundt. Anbefales sterkt!

Koselig opphold noen dager i solen
Total sett bra. Maten kunne ha vært litt mer variert. Opplevd flere ganger treg og feil servering ved bar selv det ikke var folk. Selv om man har allinclusive må mann kvitere på alle drinkene, irriterende. Personalet var smilende og hjelpsom.

Pent hotell utseende messig. Gjennomgående dårlig service. Dårlig, smakløs mat. Dyrt. Ansatte ville ikke hjelpe å bære bort tallerken og bestikk til bordene, selv når vi spurte om hjelp. Veldig vanskelig å få kontakt med servitørene. Selv når de har hilst når vi kom, kommer de ikke bort med meny. Deretter tar de ikke bestilling etter vi har fått meny. Mye søppel rundt bassengkanten. Ingen ansatte som rydder etter gjestene. Alt for mange ødelagte solsenger rundt bassenget. Solsengene var uten madrasser og man kjente metallkanten i ryggen.

Sol Beach house er i utgangspunktet ett flott hotell med de vanlige fasilitetene man forventer av ett slikt sted. Hotellet har to restauranter hvorav den ene (Ola beach club) var stengt hele uken vi var der. The kitchen som var alternativet hadde utelukkende viatnemesisk mat som i og for seg er greit nok, om noe litt ensidig. Problemet var mer kvaliteten på maten som var lite god. Frokosten var stor men lite pålegg og alltid tomt for noe til tross for at det ikke var stappfullt på hotellet. Renhold var OK men daglig måtte vi ringe for å få enten toalettpapir eller kaffe. Hotellet ligger litt avsides så man må 15 min i bil for å komme til ett område med flere restaurant alternativer. Ellers er prisene ganske høye på hotellområdet, oppimot tre ganger hva man finner på restauranter ellers, spesielt på drikkevarer. Flott bassengområde og fin strand, men solstolene kan ta knekken på enhver rygg!

Super nice hotel. Beautiful rooms!
Have enjoyed a week here and just love the place. Really nice, clean and fresh rooms. The breakfast is amazing. All the staff is really sweet and they always smile at you, help you and keep everything really neat. The pool area is amazing with many different areas. Double sun beds, hammocks, sun beds next to pool, sun beads in the pool, beds with roof and two walls and huge circular beds in the pool. And also on the beach. Huge plus highlighted: Lovely rooms Staff Pool area Minus: The Shack, restaurant next to pool/beach is really expensive and you get disappointing food. Who thought pizza margarita could be so dry and flawourless.

Good value for money
We were very pleased with the overall standard of this hotel in terms of the cost. We chose to stay at this hotel for three occasions during our holiday. First stay: we had a very nice room in the main building but the aircondition was difficult to regulate. The second stay: larger room in the side building, this room was also nice, but we were bothered by a sewage smell. We complained several times and they sent the cleaning staff in to fix it. What they did was spray good odor to cover the bad smell. Although they took this seriously every time we said, the optimum would be to just give us another room. At our third stay, we were given an equally large room in the main building, which was still very nice. Cleaning staff often forgot to give us new towles and refill toiletpaper. The shower tiles should have been better cleaned. Nice lobby - relaxing music and atmosphere. Free shuttlebus to and from the city / night market every night. Too loud musical performance at the one of the restaurant every night. Good sunbeds and clean beach by the hotel. The hotel should practice the rule of releasing the "sun bungalows" when not used within an hour. The breakfast was generally good, including fruit, eggs and bacon, salad, asian dishes, breads, pancakes and pastries (a little dry). The hotel has two attached restaurants, but we were not impressed with the food, so we recommend eating outside the hotel. The service is very good and the reception staff are good in English.

Fint hotell med gode fasiliteter. Maten er helt OK og som forvente på et all inclusive-hotell. Rommene er store og fine. Dersom du havner i en av sidebygningene (ikke hotellets hovedbygning) må du forvente vanvittig mange firfisler i tak og på vegger i korridorene. Det dukket også opp firfisler på rommet. Dersom du synes dette er ubehagelig, bør du be om et rom i hovedbygningen - det vil trolig hjelpe noe.

Fantastisk bassendområde
Vi overnattet på dette hotellet under et 5 dagers opphold i Phu Quoc. Hotellet er veldig rent, pent og nære flyplassen. Utsikten fra hotellrommet er helt fantastisk, og frokost variert. Hotellet ligger cirka 10 minutter unna flyplassen, og sånn cirka midt på øya, slik at du enkelt kommer deg til strendene i nord og sør. Selve privatstranden som er eid av hotellet er ikke noe å skryte av, men bassengområdet er fantastisk. Det er ingen restauranter i nærheten av hotellet, derfor blir du nødt til å spise på hotellet hvor prisene er litt stive, men maten er relativt god. Jeg vil anbefale dette hotellet videre og gjerne bo her igjen om jeg besøke øya ved en annen anledning. Jo, også er det en glassvegg som skiller rom og bad, slik at man ser rett inn når en dusjer. Det er greit å vite, og at det er god wifi-forbindelse.

Veldig fint og nytt hotell
Hotell var veldig fint. Engelskkunnskapene var ikke all verden, men dette gjelder generelt hele landet. Maten på hotellet var også middelmådig med unntaket av frokosten som var veldig bra. Dette er et hotell man virkelig får slappet av på, da det er helt nytt og lite gjester når vi var der. Ikke greit å være sjenert ovenfor de du bor med, da det er fult innsyn inn til bad fra resten av hotellrommet.

Modern and new hotel - BEST breakfast in Phu Quoc
Brand new hotel opened at Dec 15, 2016. Even though you may not find any pictures yet, the hotel is very very nice. Very modern design with art deco interior on the rooms which was spacious. Pool area was nice with lots of different bed options. Bar is under development and same goes for the beach club that will open after Vietnamese New Year. The beach is sandy white(!). They have replaced the sand. We have been in Vietnam for 4 weeks and stayed at 5-6 hotels/resorts (4-5 stars) now and by far the Sol Beach House has the BEST breakfast! We only had 4 nights but would have easily extended our stay if we had not already booked and paid 7 nights at the Shells Resort (where we are now) The hotel is located not far from the airport and the surrounding areas are not that interesting. But get the hotel to help you rent a scooter. You also have a beach club 900 meters north in the beach which was hosting a Russian music festival during our stay. I will for sure stay at this hotel again.

Groot complex ingericht op all-inclusive. Fantastisch ontbijt. Ontbijt/diner ruimte minder gezellig en lawaaierig. Perfect zwembad met poolbar. Eigen strand. They lost one of my bags at the bell hop, they didn’t communicate the amenities they offered I had to ask about everything (free shuttle to airport) that breakfast was included in my stay, they told me to wait in the lobby for one of my tours which was incorrect and I missed it and had to wait three hours for the next one, my birthday occurred during my stay it was the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at that didn’t recognize my birthday in some way during my stay, they seemed very disorganized,

Our stay at the hotel, particularly in the junior suite, provided a mixed experience. While the overall aesthetic of the hotel leaned towards the dated side, it was tolerable. The staff was friendly and professional, which was certainly appreciated. The hotel has one pool and a few small ones that they count as second. Unfortunately, on the first day, we noticed that our swimwear started turning yellow and green, after spending time in the pool. We brought this issue to the attention of the reception staff, and they offered to dry clean it which did not help and it ruined our clothes. After the second day, this kept happening bringing further disappointment and damaging the clothing. We had to stay away from the pool. Upon inquiry, the hotel staff attributed the issue to the presence of copper in their pool chemicals Disappointingly, the hotel's response to our predicament fell short of expectations. Their goodwill gesture, limited to a complimentary dinner, felt inadequate and failed to address the tangible loss we incurred due to the damaged clothing. Adding to our disappointment, we found the cleanliness standards within our room to be poor. Of particular concern was the condition of the Nespresso coffee machine, which had a brownish-green grime. This unhygienic sight deterred us from using the machine. The issue with the facilities and the lack of effective resolution left a bitter taste. We hope that this feedback will prompt necessary improvements.

Good rooms - bad pool equipment
swim up room was lovely and nicely clean. breakfast was above average and large selection. unfortunately, the sunbeds were well past their use-by date and you could feel the iron frame in the back. the mattresses were comfortable but not at all enough for the number of guests. worst of all was that the hotel did not live up to its own rules and let guests reserve sunbeds and mattresses with towels, hats and other things. there were sunbed battles from 6am and then people showed up sometime after 10am. many reserved far more sunbeds than they needed just to be safe, which resulted in quite a few guests turning up without being able to get a place to lie down . since that is the purpose of the holiday, I can therefore only give 2 stars - if there were plenty of quality sunbeds I would have given 4-5 stars.

Pictures looked way better than the actual resort- we enjoyed the stay; great food but it takes FOREVER to get food and drinks. Workers were nice, but very very very slow and lazy.
