«Великолепный отель с потрясающим сервисом!! Зеленая территория, хорошие номера , удобная кровать. Уборка на высшем уровне. Завтраки, вообще отделанная история. Потрясающий выбор, фрукты, супы, шампанское. Хороший пляж с удобными шезлонгами , бар на пляже. Красивый бассейн. Несколько ресторанов в отеле. Очень удобно бесплатный трансфер в и из аэропорта. Спасибо персоналу. »

«This property heavily exceeded our expectations! We walked in and our jaws dropped seeing how classy and stunning this villa is! The private pool was adorable and our bedrooms were spacious and so comfortable! The staff was extremely accommodating when we requested more water bottles and they were very helpful with getting around on the buggy when needed. The beach is in close proximity, and so are many spas. Highly recommend!!!»

«The staff was just so lovely!!!❤️ I was there very-off-peak so it was super-extra quiet and personal, but I’m sure even when it gets busy it will still be a great place to stay. Right now they are doing very nice (almost overhaul) renovations—it used to be the “Sir Albert” but it’s completely new management. Some of the amenities still say Sir Albert, but they assured me that would be fixed soon 😉. If you want freshly renovated, super clean (by American standards, that is!), extremely ...

Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort

8/10 Bra

"Frokosten og bassenget var fantastisk"

Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Managed by Accor

"The hotel is located right next to Khem Beach. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious food, and the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. Everything was wonderful except for the room, which had a strong musty smell. The staff helped to deodorize the room, but unfortunately, it still felt very unpleasant. The floor was also sticky and did not feel clean. Overall, everything else was great, but the musty smell and cleanliness of the floor significantly affected my experience."

"Be aware that this hotel has a purely «all inclusive» concept. There were unfortunately no possibilities to buy drinks, beers etc. without wristband options. Neither any à la carte dinning. Luckily there was a really nice beach restaurant in the next door hotel where you could pay for good quality food and drink services (The Haven Beach Club). Having that said, the staff was lovely and service minded and the premises clean. "
