«The only problem with our stay was valet parking only. You had to "call" for car , which was actually very speedy and easy, but kind of limited us from just feeling free to go. The staff was amazing and very accommodating! The hotel itself was very clean and interesting to see the old vaults. I will be staying again when I come to my favorite city to see the best Team ever! «From start to finish the stay was perfect. The only thing wrong was the fact that it was only one night. First time stay in Pittsburgh. Had it not been for the NFL Draft there would’ve been thousands of things to do in its place. I loved this hotel so much I could live in it full time. The room was beautiful and updated. «Do not stay here unless you are staying during a time that the rates are not elevated. It is not worth it. Our room was not clean and room service from previous customers was outside of our room the entire time even though we asked that it be picked up. The AC was blowing so loud in the hall we could hear it in our room. The construction outside it loud and started at 7:30am on a Saturday. »

«Rooms are clean and it is supereasy to get to the convention center. Negatives: 1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles 2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately 3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid»

«This was sent via an email to mgr, who did not reply: We booked through Expedia for one night — the sole purpose was to see Joe Bonamassa at 8pm with dinner at 6. Timing mattered. We arrived at 3:15pm, understanding check-in was at 4. We waited in the lobby with several other guests. My wife got a pedicure at the spa while I waited and watched every other guest get called to their room — including some who arrived after us. «Pros: cRoom was clean and nice size. Kitchen had everything we have it at home except for food. Bed was very comfortable. Staff and valet were very helpful. We arrived to town early and were checked in at 1pm which was nice, because we wanted to walk to the NFL draft. Cons: one side of the hotel is next to train tracks, Friday night we counted four trains and could hear the trains loud and clear.
