«Restored victorian mansion is very quaint. Technically there isn't any hotel front desk but the restaurant staffers pitch in. Very nice on site Italian restaurant, along with valet parking. Great neighborhood for cafes and bars and ball games.»

«Breakfast was good, staff were nice, fairly clean except shower in bathroom was not cleaned/shower not scrubbed. Air conditioning worked well. Fridge in room was broken, ice machine on floor was broken.»

«From start to finish the stay was perfect. The only thing wrong was the fact that it was only one night. First time stay in Pittsburgh. Had it not been for the NFL Draft there would’ve been thousands of things to do in its place. I loved this hotel so much I could live in it full time. The room was beautiful and updated. My son and I slept great after a long day at the NFL Draft. Shops and eateries week within walking distance and literally out in front of the hotel as well. The new restaurant ...

«Do not stay here unless you are staying during a time that the rates are not elevated. It is not worth it. Our room was not clean and room service from previous customers was outside of our room the entire time even though we asked that it be picked up. The AC was blowing so loud in the hall we could hear it in our room. The construction outside it loud and started at 7:30am on a Saturday. »
