This has been the worst experience!
The door to our appartment would not lock and we were stuck in a pedicument. The first night, flight delayed cause us to We arrive late. Tire and exhausted we checked in. Upon closing up, readying for bed, I checked our lock and found out— the lock was not secure. With a turn of the knob, the door opens easily. I contacted the numbers provided, nothing was done due to time of night. The customer rep said, maintenance will fix it first thing in morning. It was late now, so trying to find another place at last minute was difficult. We endured it for night and stay, push sofa against door as barrier.
The next day, we had events to attend. Rep told us, maintenance had fix the door and the lock was functioning properly.
We were out all day for family events and returned to the unit late. Upon arriving only to find, the door was NOT locking again. And no maintenance was available.
Once again we had to bar the front door with sofa. Slept in shifts.
