This comfy home was recently renovated with an open and spacious floor plan. It features a huge picture window that looks out to Camelback mountain. Sit back and watch your favorite shows on 55" flat screen. Enjoy the open kitchen & stainless appliances for cooking and eating. Eat in at the large counter, play games at the large table, or take your meal & drinks outside to the dream backyard on the patio and enjoy the gas fireplace, sync your music via bluetooth on the outside speaker, play darts, lawn games, grill out, or simply hang by the pool!

An easy ride-share to State Farm Stadium, TPC Scottsdale for the Waste Management Open and all the spring training games around the valley! The downtown Super Bowl experience is only 5 miles away.

Like to hike? Camelback mountain, Piestewa Peak and many other great hiking trails are super close!

The entire house and backyard is set up so you don't have to do anything. It's ready for you to relax, have fun and enjoy the amazing Arizona weather!

The first bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is also a comfortable queen size futon off the sun room. The third room is set up as an office. The second bathroom is off the office. All bedrooms have closet space.

Both bathrooms have full showers and are stocked with essentials.

The pool IS NOT FENCED.
REMEMBER TO ALWAYS WATCH KIDS AROUND WATER.

PS...The pool is not heated... we let the Arizona sun do the work!
