Swimming Pool Waiver: The Tenant acknowledges and agrees that the use of the swimming pool on the premises is at their own risk. The Landlord shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the Tenant's use of the swimming pool. The Tenant agrees to supervise any guests using the pool and to comply with all posted safety rules and regulations. This waiver extends to all members of the Tenant's household and their guests.
