The space
The main house, casita and private heated pool are all included! There are no shared spaces with this property. Enjoy the pool and the beautiful Arizona rays! Come and stay with us!
Guest access
Our home is accessed using a digital lock and keypad mounted on the front door; and an additional one on the rear casita (pool/guest house). The front door is heavy and sticks a little, so please make sure to close it all the way so the digital lock functions correctly :-)
Other things to note
We have a beautiful house in a really cool neighborhood. But it IS a house. Which means that occasionally things will break or need maintenance - just like every house, ever. If you are an extremely high maintenance person who prefers the service of the Ritz-Carlton and would get very upset if a lightbulb was burned out, a window was sticking, or a sink or toilet got clogged, then I highly recommend you book the Ritz, it is lovely.
We pride ourselves in taking great care of our home, and we respond to inquiries and issues within an hour. That being said, sometimes stuff happens. I am confident that you will enjoy our beautiful home; give us the opportunity to work hard for you and we will! :-) Super-high maintenance people need not apply, it'll be better for everyone that way ;-).
