The Space:

Golf trip, bachelorette weekend, or a family reunion that needs room to spread out, this Scottsdale retreat hands you your own private resort. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a backyard that does the heavy lifting: private pool, hot tub, outdoor bar with a TV, a fire pit for the cooler evenings, and a lineup of yard games (putt putt, corn hole, bocce ball) that'll have your group outside from sunup to sundown. Inside, the chef's kitchen and open living area keep everyone together, and the dedicated game room with a pool table and board games gives the crew somewhere to unwind after a day at the course or the pool.

Our local team is around throughout your stay, so you can just relax and enjoy the desert.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home via keypad entry, including the pool, hot tub, and backyard. The owner's closet is locked and off-limits.

This home sits in a quiet residential pocket of Scottsdale, just a short drive from the energy of Old Town Scottsdale's restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Scottsdale Fashion Square and plenty of everyday shopping and dining are also close by, and several of the area's well-known golf courses are within easy reach for a morning tee time. Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout Scottsdale, so getting to and from the action is simple.

Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore, with Old Town, golf courses, and shopping all a short drive away. Rideshare is widely available if your group wants to leave the driving to someone else for a night out.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



The minimum age for booking is 25.



Dogs are welcome for a fee of $125 per dog, up to 2 dogs per stay. Please note this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by pets. No cats permitted.



We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.



Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.



The pool isn't heated, but it typically swims warm on its own from June through September.



Parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 cars. Street parking is not permitted.



This property is 100% smoke-free.



GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
