The unit offers a spacious Open Floor plan equipped with a Smart TV, Full Size bed, Kitchen and parking. All of the necessities for home will be provided during your stay. We have 24/7 Concierge Services available to make your time with us more enjoyable!

The Studio is located in Southern Tempe and is sure to not disappoint! It is spacious with an Open Floor plan for your enjoyment! All of the necessities for home will be provided during your stay.

Walk into a welcoming Living Room featuring a large Smart TV, Bed and Eat in Kitchen. Sprawl out on the couch and enjoy a movie or set up on the Kitchen Table for a Game night!

The Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to make eggs and toast or go all out and make a gourmet meal.



☀Backyard

Shared space with other Unit, is available for your enjoyment.

Located in the backyard. There is a brand new unit waiting for you!



Guest Access:

Check-in time is at 4pm and Check-out time is 11am.



We kindly ask that you try to meet these as best as possible so our Cleaning Team has adequate time for our next reservation.



If whenever possible, we will try to accommodate any scheduling requests we can.
