The Gary House is a bright, single-level home in a quiet Chandler neighborhood, with room for families, couples, small groups, or traveling professionals on an extended project. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms sit around an open living space with vaulted ceilings and a lot of natural light. It`s an easy place for a movie night or a slow morning with coffee.

The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, and the dining area is big enough to gather around. The primary suite has its own bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate shower. There`s also a dedicated desk if you need to get some work done without taking over the kitchen table — handy for remote work or a longer project stay.

The backyard is what most guests remember: a covered patio strung with lights looking out over a private hot tub and a wood-burning fireplace (the home`s only fireplace), which is hard to beat on a cool desert evening. Out front, a small patio with a bubbling fountain and shaded seating makes a nice spot for morning coffee. You`ll also have high-speed Wi-Fi, a full-size washer and dryer, central air conditioning, and rooftop solar.

You`re close to the best of the East Valley. A neighborhood park with a playground and basketball court is a short walk away, and Espee Park, with its splash pad, ball fields, and skate park, is just around the corner. Downtown Chandler is about ten minutes away, and Downtown Gilbert and Agritopia are under twenty, with local shops, coffee, breweries, and good food in every direction. Both Phoenix Sky Harbor and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airports are an easy drive, and the Loop 101 and 202 put Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the Superstition Mountains within reach for a day trip.

Getting in is simple and contactless. After a quick identity check through our verification partner, Truvi (about two minutes), your private door code, Wi-Fi, and full address appear in your guest portal once your reservation is paid in full, and the code stays active for your whole stay. That same quick step also activates damage protection of up to $50,000, so an accidental spill or bump during your stay is covered — peace of mind for everyone. The two-car garage opens with a manual button on the wall by the interior door, or you can control it from your phone with the MyQ app — just message us the email you`d like us to add. Check in any time after 4:00 PM, and check out by 10:00 AM.

A few things to know: parking is in the driveway or garage only — no street parking, and no trailers parked outside the garage. The home is pet-free, quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and it isn`t set up for parties or events. We`re Josh and Elle, and one of us is always a quick message away. We`d love to host you.

Trash - The bin is kept on the side of the house. We will handle taking it to the street on the appropriate pickup days and putting it back along the side of the house.

Parking - Parking is only allowed in the driveway or garage for overnight parking. No overnight parking on the street.

No pets allowed. No exceptions.

While we encourage you to spend time with friends and family at the house, there are no house parties allowed. Maximum occupancy during non-quiet hours is twelve (12) persons.

Overnight guest occupancy is restricted to a maximum of six (6) persons.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM until 7 AM.

No shoes in the house.

Check out is by 10 AM on your day of departure.

No smoking on the property.
