Plus, each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom for maximum convenience and privacy. Two of the bedrooms are located in a separate Casita, adding even more privacy for larger groups.

Important Notes:
Pool heat is available for an additional $300 per day (please note the minimum requirement is for the full stay).

Please do not touch or adjust the pool equipment. Our staff takes care of everything to ensure the pool is in perfect condition, and any damage will incur a minimum fee of $500.

Important Information for a Seamless Stay
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please note the following details:
Late Checkout: There is a $150 late checkout fee if you remain on the property more than 30 minutes past the agreed checkout time.
Pet policy: This property does not allow pets. A $1,000 fee will apply if a pet is brought without prior disclosure before your booking dates.
Pool Heating: If you'd like to enjoy the pool during cooler months, pool heat is available for an additional fee. The pool will be set to 80°F.
Photo ID and Guest Agreement: For your safety, we require photo ID and a signed guest agreement prior to check-in.
Security Cameras: For guest safety, we have security cameras located at the front door and facing the driveway. Please note, there are no cameras inside the home, ensuring your privacy.
Noise Monitors: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, we have noise monitors on the exterior of the property. These devices do not record audio but measure the decibel levels to help ensure no parties take place.
City Ordinances: All Scottsdale city ordinances, including quiet hours, apply during your stay.
Landscaping & Pool Maintenance: The property is serviced by landscaping and pool maintenance 1-2 times per week. While we aim to keep everything looking beautiful, we cannot guarantee the exact day or time of their arrival.

Locked Cabinets & Supplies Policy
Certain cabinets in the home are intentionally locked, as they contain owner supplies and inventory. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, Please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.
For the security of the home and to maintain quality for all guests, locked cabinets must not be opened or tampered with. Any forced entry, damage, removal of items, or evidence of opening locked storage areas will result in a penalty and a $1,000 charge.
