The space
Welcome to your modern rustic farmhouse retreat! This cozy home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and bonus sleeping options. Step into a bright, open-concept living area featuring a cozy built-out fireplace and a newly remodeled kitchen equipped with high-end KitchenAid appliances. Bedrooms include a master suite with a king bed, a queen bedroom, a room with two Twin XL beds, and an office equipped with a Twin XL pull-out couch—plus a 9-foot sofa in the living room for extra guests.
Both bathrooms have been meticulously updated, one offering a walk-in shower and a freestanding soaking tub for ultimate relaxation. For work-from-home convenience, the office also features a versatile sitting/standing desk. Entertainment options abound with a foosball table, bumper pool, poker table, and plenty of comfortable seating throughout. Outside, you’ll find a private swimming pool, lounge chairs, and a newly landscaped yard complete with a BBQ grill and shaded seating areas—perfect for soaking up the Arizona sun or enjoying meals. A washer/dryer and 2-car garage are also at your disposal, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Each space has been thoughtfully designed to help you feel right at home—relax, unwind, and enjoy your getaway in charming Gilbert!
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property—including all interior spaces, the backyard with its private pool, the 2-car garage, and any outdoor seating areas. Feel free to relax in the living room, cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, use the office with a sit-stand desk, and enjoy the various game tables (foosball, bumper pool, and poker). You’ll receive a unique, custom door code before arrival for convenient self-check-in and checkout, ensuring you can come and go as you please throughout your stay.

Downtown Gilbert, commonly known as the Heritage District, sits at the heart of the town’s revival. Once a sleepy agricultural community, the district now buzzes with energy thanks to a thoughtful mix of restored storefronts and modern dining concepts. Discover Gilbert notes that the area now hosts over 30 restaurants in a fun and vibrant space, blending some of metro‑Phoenix’s top eateries with Gilbert‑born favorites.
Strolling along tree‑lined streets, visitors encounter everything from barbecue institutions and craft‑beer gastropubs to trendy taco shops, wine bars and gelato parlors. For those coming from farther afield, most residents and guests rely on driving. Gilbert sits just south of U.S. 60 and east of Loop 202 (Santana Freeway), providing quick access to greater Phoenix and a 25–30‑minute drive to Sky Harbor International Airport. Parking garages and street parking in the Heritage District are plentiful and usually free.
Public transit is limited but available. Valley Metro operates bus routes through Gilbert; the 108 and 136 bus lines stop near downtown (e.g., at Elliot Road & Burk Street and Gilbert Road & Silver Creek Road. Valley Metro also offers paratransit (Dial‑a‑Ride) services for residents with disabilities. Riders can plan trips and view schedules via the Valley Metro and Moovit apps. Note that Gilbert does not yet have light‑rail service; the nearest station is in Mesa, a short drive away.
Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely used in Gilbert. Uber’s Gilbert guide notes that you can request a ride to almost anywhere in town 24/7 and even reserve rides up to 90 days in advance. Rideshares are a convenient option for reaching the Heritage District from the airport or nearby hotels if you’d prefer not to drive.
