This incredibly unique property is like nothing you've ever seen. Built into its very own mountainside, guests will enjoy multiple levels of living areas and bedrooms, allowing extra privacy if desired. The location of this property truly sets it apart. On the mountainside, with its own small hiking trail! Wildlife is never far away! This 6,400sqft home sits on over an acre in the highly desired North Heights subdivision of Fountain Hills and nestled in the McDowell Mountains with the most amazing views of the Four Peaks, Red Mountain and as far as Superstition Mountains. ARIZONA SKY offers a large open floor plan, 5 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances and All-Clad cookware, multiple living and dining areas, a separate large game room, and a wet bar. It is perfect for entertaining guests, multiple families, or simply enjoying a private getaway.
Boasting 2 Primary Suites each with a king bed, en suites, and their own patios with seating for two. These are located on separate levels of the home, offering incredible privacy.
2 Standard Bedrooms each with a queen bed and en suites are located on another level of the home.
The fifth bedroom of the home is combined with the gym/workout area. This oversized bedroom has a queen size Murphy cabinet bed and the gym area features a large selection of free-weights, a gym quality weight machine/bench, along with an exercise bike.
Large separate game room has a queen-sized memory foam sofa sleeper, along with a giant TV, pool table, gaming table, massive deck, kitchenette, and 1/2 bath is found on its own level of the house, making its own little getaway!
There are three living areas and two indoor dining areas as well.
If entertaining is on your list, then outside space is where to be! Giant wraparound deck featuring a large, 10-person outdoor table, oversized hammock for two, patio couch and chairs... this will be the place to catch the most magnificent views. The morning sunrise is something you'll never forget!
Enjoy the heated pool & spa, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and the pool level gaming area, with a ping pong table, giant Jenga & Connect-4, bags, and a private seating area along a feature wall.
In addition to the home’s over-the-top features, Fountain Hills is known for its year-round beautiful weather, small town vibe, and of course the world-famous 560 foot fountain feature. The property is a short drive from all the renowned family friendly experiences, world-class shopping and dining, outdoor adventures and hiking trails, and cultural attractions the Scottsdale area is known for. You are only 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and minutes to Scottsdale.
No loud parties are allowed. All events must be pre approved by owner and a rental agreement specific to events must be completed.
We do have an outdoor video security system in place that covers all of the access points of the home.

Our stay here was amazing. The house provides a comfortable stay for large parties being very spacious. We utilized the pool and back patio every day. It also helped the location was less than a few miles for two of the golf courses we played. I would definitely book this house again.

Would 100% recommend this property for medium to large groups. The place was clean and tidy with plenty of personal space. Fountain Hills Estate exceeded all of our expectations. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the property was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was exceptional—responsive, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We enjoyed our time so much that we’ve already booked our return for next year. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again. There was a small mix-up with check-in initially, but communication with the host was excellent and it was resolved very quickly. The responsiveness was truly top-notch throughout our stay.The pool system took a little time to get used to. The outdoor space felt a bit more condensed than the photos suggested, but it was still enjoyable.One thing to note is that the home is massive and has many stairs, so just keep that in mind when booking. Overall, it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Views, lots of space. very clean & comfortable, well equipped kitchen, convenient and private location. Multi-level home could prove to be problematic for people with mobility issues as well as a lack of hand railings for the outdoor pool & hot tub.

This home was a perfect rental for our family of 8. Extremely comfortable beds and rooms that were spaced out throughout the home which allowed each of our families their own areas. Pool and hottub were heated and the kids played all day in them. Well stocked kitchen and linens. We really didn't want for anything. Each room even had smart T.V.'s which I really appreciated. The owner of the home was also very kind and responsive with any questions we had, which were few. We will absolutely be back.

The house was amazing! We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub and appreciated being able to adjust the temperature. The views are incredible! Sunrise and sunset is amazing especially while sitting in the hot tub in the morning. Maija was great and very responsive to any questions we had. The location was also great just minutes to Scottsdale attractions. We attended the WM Phoenix Open golf tournament and this location was ideal for that. 30 minutes from the house to walking in the entrance of the course. The house is well equipped with anything you may need. Highly recommend this property if you plan to be in the Scottsdale area.

Fantastic property, would highly recommend! One of the best layouts we’ve stayed in, the floor plan offers unique views (most important part of Fountain Hills is the views and this house has them all!) from every room and every level. Very accommodating host and excellent communication.

For my birthday i was looking for an amazing getaway to celebrate with my wife,kids and friends. This location did not disappoint with plenty of space for everyone to have their own space to getaway. A great common are to gather with a hot tub and pool. My only thing i would say people know about the property is their are stairs everywhere just to get anywhere. So if you have elderly or anyone with difficulties with stairs

Outstanding!!!!!
Maija was an incredible host she truly gives the “white glove” treatment. Our stay was 6 weeks & any issues that came up Maija went above & beyond to solve them quickly! Also, beautiful home stocked with lots of great entertainment options. Pool & spa were awesome, outdoor kitchen & bar, pool table, ping pong, games, etc. Overall, would stay again, great home & incredible host. However, lounging furniture in family rooms, sofas, master bed mattress, etc & outdoor furniture is a quite worn down & was a bit uncomfortable. The house was not very clean when we arrived (lots of dust & kitchen cooktop area had lots of grease, etc). Only one stove works & still needs repair, spa light needs replacement for night safety, hall bedroom ceiling fan doesn’t operate, there was no salt in the water softener. Home just needs a bit of refreshing, restocking & repair. We probably noticed more since was along term stay. But beautiful views & resort like backyard also make the home very special. We had a wonderful stay! Thank You Maija!!!!

Asrizona bike week

Excellent in every way!
We were totally impressed with the stay. Beautiful house, pool, hot tub, and the views were breathtaking. Watching the sunrise over the mountains from the wraparound porch was amazing. Hummingbirds and quail were everywhere. Our grandkids had a ball with the outside toys. Super quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!

The property was terrific, from the neighborhood to the home's interior.Every aspect of the house was well decorated and felt comfortable. The avility to have people olaying pool on the top floor and not hearing it on the main living space was awesome. There is something for everyone at this propeerty, from games to scenic views and the private hiking traik was amazing to see out ober fountain hilks and get an pefet view of the sunsets. lttle was

Perfect home for spreading out
Great house for multiple families to spread out. The home is set up on multiple levels so everyone is separated. The area is very nice with great views and sunrises. We had a few questions about home features that were cleared up via text message with the host. Very fast response times. I would suggest that a comprehensive book be put together showing how to operate everything (TV's, AC, Lights, etc.)

Wonderful stay!
My fiancée and I stayed here with some family for the weekend and had a small wedding ceremony with some friends one night, Maija was super accommodating with our stay and extremely helpful with any questions we had. Her and her family made us feel welcome and the house is absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend this property.

Birthday Weekend
We had an amazing Birthday weekend. The host was very accessible and answered any questions we had immediately. The house is large and allowed our group to all have their own area to relax but the kitchen/living room and pool/deck areas allowed us places to all come together. It was perfect for our event. The views in the evening from the deck are amazing. The walking path was a nice bonus feature. We would definitely book this property again.

Desert Gem
We came to Arizona to celebrate my birthday with friends. The house was beautiful, clean and I loved that every couple had a space of their own. The outdoor space was incredible and the views were amazing. The owner Maija was great with communication and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
