Poolside Palms is located in an upscale family neighborhood in North Scottsdale that is close to major roads for with easy access to the 51 freeway and the new Paradise Valley Mall Redevelopment just a short walk away, along with dining tons of dining options and many more to come with the redevelopment. Costco, Walmart, and Target are all walking distance away on the other side of Tatum Boulevard.

The neighborhood surrounding Poolside Palms in offers a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, making it a wonderful place to visit and explore. Nestled in a peaceful residential area, the community is known for its well-maintained homes, lush landscaping, and quiet streets, creating a serene and relaxing environment. The area is family-friendly, with a strong sense of community and a mix of charming, modern, and classic architecture that adds to its appeal.

The pool is HEATED free of charge March 1st to November 30th to approximately 80 to 85 degrees. The pool will not be heated December, January, or February as overnight lows during these months prevent to pool from maintaining a desirable temperature. There is NO hot tub.

The cleaning fee covers professional cleaning, all linens laundered, and sanitizing between each guest.

We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay.

There will be weekly pool cleanings to maintain a sparkling clean pool and monthly yard service that come to the property. Please reach out to host with questions or concerns.

This property features exterior security cameras. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They actively record video and sound when motion is detected. Cameras are not actively monitored and are only reviewed when deemed necessary.
1. No parties or events.
2. Do not smoke anything inside of the house. There is a minimum $500 charge for smoke removal plus additional fees.
3. We love animals too but pets of any kind are not allowed on the property.
4. No unregistered overnight guests. Any booking with more than 10 overnight guests will be subject to $100 fee per guest per night.
5. Please respect the city of Scottsdale’s quite times from 10 pm to 8 am. Noise violation fines range from $750 to $2500.
6. What happens here, stays here…including damaged property and broken items…please report any to your host immediately.
7. If it’s not yours, please don’t take it when you leave.
8. Please respect check in and out times. Checking in early or checking out late without prior approval could result in a charge of $50/hour.
9. No illegal activities on the property.
10. Make memories, not messes.
11. Don’t forget your host is only a click or call away should you have any questions on anything.
12. Please abide by all pool rules posted. There is no lifeguard on duty. Absolutely no glass by the pool and always be cautious with children around the pool. There are high locks on both doors to prevent children from gaining access to the pool unattended/unsupervised.
13. Adjusting or tampering with pool equipment is NOT allowed and will result in a charge of up to $250. If you have any issues with the pool - contact your host.
