The game room and kitchen look onto the resort backyard.
Down the hall on the east side of the home in this popular split floor plan design, are 3 bedrooms. A supersized room with 3 queen beds and a TV, a King Sized bedroom with TV and an office/bedroom with an easy to use pull out sofa bed. These share a large hall bath with double sinks and tub/shower combination.
On the west side of the home is the Master Suite. King Bed, resort backyard views and a giant TV. The space bath is as luxurious as they get, separate double sinks and an incredible soaker tub, walk in shower and closet too.
Inside is a full laundry room, super fast wifi and a 2 car garage. There is also ample parking in the driveway.
The backyard oasis comes complete with a sparkling pool, outdoor covered dining for 6, spaces to lounge and get some sun and a beautiful outdoor living room. This massive yard has a large grassy area for yard games and a super fun play swing set for the kids.

South Mountain Park & Preserve
At over 16,000 acres, South Mountain Park and Preserve is one of the largest municipal parks in the country. Start a visit at the South Mountain Environmental Education Center, hike, bike and ride more than 58 miles of trails, or follow the road to the top of the mountain for spectacular views.
You can also find some unexpected attractions like Mystery Castle , or check out some nearby dining after a hike.
Every Sunday, South Mountain observes "Silent Sunday," where the park's main roadway will be closed to motor vehicle traffic at the one-mile mark into the park from 5 to 10 a.m. on the first, second, third and fifth Sunday; and from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. (park operating hours) on the fourth Sunday. During those times on those days, the park's roadways are reserved for non-motorized activities such as walking, cycling, jogging, hiking, etc.

Amazing house!

Our entire family enjoyed our 5 day stay in this home. The house was decorated very nicely, beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped and the pool and game room were lots of fun. We didn’t realize there would be a safety gate around the pool but were happy it was there as our 2 yr old grandson was obsessed with the pool. We have stayed at many houses in AZ and this house exceeded our expectations and is by far one of the better homes we’ve stayed at. Definitely recommend!

South Mountain

Wedding Weekend

Great location close to our venue (The Farm) and 15 min to airport. House was perfect size for 8 adults and 1 child. Lots of space to spread out. Swing set was sub par, broken steps to slide, swing seats were split on the sides. Only good thing was the round swing. Should be replaced. Pool was good, didnt use much due to cooler temps.

Perfect for all stays

We traveled from frozen MN to sunny AZ to celebrate my brother’s January birthday. The layout and amenities were exactly what we needed. There were so many great features to praise including the quiet office space, large bedrooms/shared spaces, the pool table, ample dishes for cooking a group meal, throw blankets for chillier nights, and so much more. Let’s not forget the pool, it was the cleanest I’ve ever seen!! (we couldn’t use because of the cold)Bring your family, friends, and kids. This location is a top pick!

The house was beautiful and clean! When we walked in it looked exactly like the pictures and we felt immediately at home!! The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for the party that we had staying there. Communication with the homeowner was amazing and extremely efficient! I noticed there were two things that were a little misconstrued and they came out fixed them and it was no problems! I really liked the level of dishes and stuff in the kitchen, it made making meals easy. Of course our favorite thing was the pool, and the backyard had plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable even in the hot sun! The best thing for us was the location, as it was only 3 mi from the rest of the family that we were visiting there. I hope that in the future will be able to rent this home again!

Pleasant Experience

Overall we loved our time here. The check in process was quite simple. The house was beautiful and felt more like home than a vacation rental. Although we did not meet or communicate with the owner, the management company was awesome. They made everything from checking in early to staying another day a breeze. Yes, we loved it that much we extended another day with just a simple text message. There were a few things around the house that needed some touch ups but could easily be overlooked. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy home.

The Not So Golden Cactus

The place was decent. Plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. Good size backyard. We had a group of three adults staying for a six day work week. There were issues during our stay. Upon arrival the pool was green and unusable. We called the mgmt office and someone shortly thereafter arrived to clean it. Through the stay the water never looked clear or clean enough to use even after the cleaning. It was murky. In comparison the neighbors pool that was crystal clear blue. Halfway through the trip the gas was shutoff because of an unpaid balance. We couldn't use the gas stove for meals as we had planned and purchased food for and there was no hot water. Called the property mgmt and they said it would be taken care of the next day but that didn't happen. Two days after the gas was disconnected it was turned back on. This was the afternoon before our checkout. When the gas company turned the gas back on they couldn't get the water heater on because of a broken part on the water heater. The mgmt company sent a plumber who said a part was broken and he didn't have the parts to fix. So we didn't have hot water for the remainder of our trip. Through all the issues the mgmt company was timely to returning our calls. At the moment, we have a message left with them about a compensation adjustment for the inconveniences. This was something they said would occur when the gas incident happened. This was my first VRBO experience.

Nice property!

We stayed at this house with some friends! We loved that there was 2 living room areas, plenty of room for all of us! The pool was fantastic, the kids loved it! The way we drove to the property took us through a rough looking part of town which made us a little nervous but once we turned down the street the house was on it was just fine. All in all it was a nice place to stay.

Nice summer home

This house was perfect for me and my family the playground w/ swings in the back kept the kids occupied the whole time (plus the shed had extras like scooters and yard games) the rooms were beautifully decorated and spaced perfectly with more than enough TVs and seating for everyone to be more than comfortable we will absolutely be booking this home again when the weather warms up so we have a chance in enjoying the pool

Beautiful property

The property was beautiful and the house was clean. Seems as though there was a party before we arrived, but once we notified the hosts, they sent someone out to clean the yard. Pool lights didn’t work and the water didn’t look clean but we were told it’s serviced every week. Unfortunately, we didn’t utilize it. The issues were minor and again the inside of the home was clean.
