Our condo is 1002 Sq feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + private patio to relax on.

We are able to accommodate 4 guests. Pet friendly for an additional pet fee of $100!

*Please do not try to hide the fact of bringing a pet. This impacts our cleaning protocol and we will need to pay our cleaner an additional fee for extra cleaning. We would much rather you be honest and upfront than find out from our cleaner or see on our ring camera later.

*Master Bedroom 1 & En-suite : A king-size bed with a pop of color lies center of the room. Comfort meets fun style with earth tone elements in this room. There’s a large walk in closet in this room. Aroma therapy is provided if you choose to use it to ensure a restful night`s sleep. A 30` ROKU TV is in this bedroom.

Next to the walk in closet is the en-suite bathroom. Fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, this bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and sink. There’s also a blow dryer in the bathroom.

*Bedroom 2 : A queen-sized bed lies at the center of this bedroom room. More grounded earth elements are featured in this room. There’s a large closet for your clothing. Aroma therapy is also provided if you choose to use it to ensure a restful night`s sleep. A 30` ROKU TV is in this bedroom where you can watch your favorite TV or movie streaming apps.

*Bathroom : In the hallway, you will find a full bathroom with a shower, sink area, and a toilet, there’s also a blow dryer in this bathroom. .

The bedrooms are complete with linens and pillows.
Bathrooms are complete with 1 shower towel per guest, 1 hand towel, and 1 black face towel per guest.

For stays longer than 5 days, additional towels per guest are provided. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.

*Living Room :
Kick back with your friends or family in our stylish and comfortable living area. The fire stick provides you access to log into a variety of your favorite apps. Quaint yet spacious, your whole group could fit comfortably whether on sofa, chair, or pouff!

Work From Home : In the corner, we have a secluded work from home space with high speed Internet for your working needs. Please note, the fireplace is off-limits for burning!

*Kitchen & Dining : The kitchen flows into a spacious, light-filled open concept, featuring a dining table for 4 seats. It is complete with all the tools you will need for cooking and eating at home. Basic kitchen ingredients such as salt, pepper, and olive oil are available for your use. A dishwasher is available for use at your convenience.

Coffee will be provided for you to make by either single K cup, a pot, or french press.

*Patio : Whether you are winding down or just waking up, this patio is the perfect place for secluded relaxation. The patio faces tons of greenery and no other units so you really could feel like the space is your own.

*Pool & Hot Tub : Just steps away from the pool, you`ll have access to the condos shared pool and hot tub area. The hours are 7AM to 10PM. Children 16 and under should be supervised. The key will be in the binder.

*Washer/Dryer : Available for you to use at any point during your stay. Detergent is provided.

★ CANCELLATION ★
Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 3% deduction to cover processing fees.

★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.

Refunds won`t be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.
To ensure a fantastic stay for everyone, please keep these guidelines in mind:

- Enjoy our smoke-free environment, indoors and on the patio.
- Let us know about additional guests so we can prepare accordingly.
- Pet lovers, we welcome 1 small furry friend for an additional $100! If you`re bringing more than 1 dog, just let us know—there`s an extra $50 per pet.
- Help us maintain our beautiful space by promptly reporting any accidental damages.
- Please respect the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere, especially between 9 PM and 7 AM. Violations may lead to the termination of your reservation.
- Please note that mail delivery (including Amazon packages) is not possible at this property due to locked mailboxes. We kindly ask that you make alternative arrangements for any deliveries during your stay.
- Please keep doors closed: Refunds won`t be provided for bug sightings inside or outside the property, as this is common in Arizona due to seasonal bug activity.
