- Pool Heat: The pool can be heated for an additional $40 per night and takes 2 to 3 days to heat so please request with your inquiry. It is heated to 85°F and must be heated for a minimum of 3 days. Due to the nature of electric pool heaters we can not guarantee pool heat in the evening and early morning during the coldest months of the year.
- The pool and spa are not fenced so please be mindful of children
- Family: Travel Crib is available upon request at booking
- Coffee: Standard drip coffee maker
- Parking: There is street parking at the property
- Luxekey requires a mid-stay cleaning for any reservation over 14 days
- Fireplaces: Due to safety concerns and fire risks fireplaces are not for guest use
- Due to the property's location in the Sonoran Desert, scorpions, snakes, and other native wildlife may occasionally be encountered. This is a normal part of desert living and is not grounds for a refund or credit.

- Parties, events, or any other activity that disturbs the peace and enjoyment of neighboring properties are strictly prohibited. - A rental agreement and ID will be required to complete your reservation.
