- 1 non-aggressive, house-trained and calm-mannered dog can be allowed - prior to check-in we require a refundable security deposit to be paid via Airbnb which will be refunded 48 hours after check-out assuming no issues during the stay
- Strictly no loud noises after 10pm or community disturbances at any time - subject to immediate removal
- Strictly no smoking in or directly outside the unit - will result in a $500 fine
- Please take care of the furniture and items in the unit - we have a strict damage policy for furniture items, by item
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Checkout time is 11:00 am

Please note that we do not allow aggressive dog breeds or dogs weighing over 100 pounds.
