Heyday Stay Vacation Rentals is excited to introduce this beautiful newly renovated home with brand new sparkling swimming pool, Baja deck and hot tub plus putting green! This home offers a spacious split floor plan with two master bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom also has a king bed, fourth bedroom has two twin beds and the fifth bedroom is set up as a private office.  The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cooking utensils, baking dishes, kids dishes, pots and pans and much more. The living room is nice and open to the dining room and kitchen electric fireplace and large TV. The backyard offers comfortable seating and lounging areas, built in BBQ with an outdoor kitchen. Large pool with spa, and Baja deck, pool fence.  Plenty of room to hang out and catch some sun.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. This is not a party house.

Clean the BBQ grill before leaving. Put cover on when checking out.

Outside Trash:  Trash can is in the alley. The recycle can is in the front and will be pulled to the curb and back again after pick up by a trash concierge service. Only RECYCLE materials go in the recycle bin, no trash.  If the city does not pick up the recycle due to non-recycle items, guests will be charged for pick up.
