This spacious home features 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with 4 en-suite bathrooms, making it perfect for large groups. To enhance your stay, a commercial-grade tankless water heater provides an unlimited supply of hot water, which is a rare find—only 2 of the 30 homes I manage have this feature. Unlike many homes that offer only 20-30 minutes of hot water before needing to wait for more, this system ensures everyone gets the hot water they need, no matter how many guests use the water at the same time.

Designed with families in mind, our property boasts a wide variety of family-fun and kid-friendly amenities that everyone will enjoy. Inside, you’ll find activities such as 15+ board games, retro arcade machines, billiards, and flat-screen TVs. Step outside to enjoy activities like mini putt-putt golf, cornhole, foosball, and ping pong, perfect for quality time with the whole group. We also offer a crib and pack-and-play for your little ones, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay for the entire family.

The pool can be heated year around at any temperature which is a huge plus when a pool uses a propane or gas pool heater. This home uses a gas pool heater. Many families are disappointed when electric pool heaters called heat pumps can’t keep the pool warm from (Nov-Feb), so be sure to ask your host what kind of pool heater is at the home if having a warm pool is important to your family year around.

The most common bookings we receive on this home are families because of all the amenities in the backyard and inside the home. Inside, you’ll find thoughtful touches such as the 15+ board games in the game room, a billiards table, a dry bar, and Smart and Cable TV in every room, and 2 arcade games.

Many adults also book the homes as many adults want their own bed. Some of the groups we cater to like to bring in a private chief and do hibachi (which we allow with permission from owner). With the backyard having a resort feel, it makes hosting small gatherings extraordinary.

Relax by the heated Pebble-Tec pool or negative edge spa under a beautiful custom pergola. For those who love to entertain, enjoy a 12-person dining table under the covered patio, an 8-person firepit table beneath another custom pergola, 4 cozy egg chairs, and a 10 feet Kirkland BBQ Grill with a stove. The backyard also includes 8 sun loungers, 4 floating egg chairs, mini putt-putt, ping pong, foosball, cornhole, and much more—ensuring there’s always something to keep you entertained.

Inside, the game room offers hours of fun with a billiards table and classic arcade games like Pac-Man, NBA Jam, and Golden Tee Golf. Plus, you’ll find over 25 board games for endless entertainment.

You can check in anytime with the Smart Lock, and the home is family-friendly, with high chairs and a playpen available. There are also plenty of board games like Monopoly, Cards Against Humanity, and Poker. Each bedroom includes USB ports for easy device charging.

The chef’s kitchen is a dream, featuring top-tier LG appliances, a 5-burner gas cooktop, and a spacious 10-person quartz island that’s perfect for gatherings. Each of the five stylish bathrooms is equipped with modern finishes, and the master bath includes a soaking tub and dual rain showers for ultimate relaxation in the master bedroom.

Every bedroom is designed for peaceful rest, with plush mattresses, Smart TVs, and built-in USB charging ports for your convenience.

Optional Service Fees:

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: $400 (+ tax and fees) per request (subject to staff availability; the home must be cleaned and ready for check-in by 4:00 PM for the next guest)

Pets: $200 per stay + tax and fees (Max of 2 dogs with prior approval before booking)

Heated Pool & Spa Service:
$225 for the first day plus taxes & fees
$150 for each additional day + taxes & fees
It’s best to schedule and pay for the heating service at the time of booking, but it can be added up to 3 days before check-in. The pool is heated to 80°F and usually takes 3 full days to warm. This fee is non-refundable, so please evaluate the weather and decide if you'd like the pool heated. Partial heating is not available during your stay.

Please note: On homes we manage with a built-in spa, the pool must be heated to use the spa. We do not offer the option to heat only the built in spa.

Propane Tanks: 1 Propane tank is provided. Available for purchase at $50 + tax and fees per tank to operate the gas firepit table or 2 firebowls.

Other things to note:
No guest access to the garage, staff cleaning closet, or outdoor shed used for extra storage.

Note Bedroom 7 does not have a window but does contain a closet.

Max of 4 cars. We may allow more with prior permission from owner, please ask for more details if you expect more than 4 cars.

The house is professionally staged in photos and excessive decorations & staging pillows have been removed

Crib has been replaced with pack and play.

Lounge cushions have been removed from backyard except for the Egg chairs . Please use white towels on sun lounge chairs and for all outdoor needs as we do not provide "pool" towels. Lounge chair cushions have been removed because excessive sunblock & the AZ sun makes them unsanitary within a short time.

We also do not supply pool floats due to sanitation concerns from sun exposure but guests may leave these behind.

Extra umbrellas are in the storage shed or behind the gate. Please ask if you need any additional umbrellas.

Please keep in mind Arizona weather and extreme elements makes it impossible to keep outdoor furniture spotless; especially any type of cushions.

The cleaning staff does not clean the BBQ grill. Please clean grill after your use.

Please note that members of our team may visit the property during your stay. This includes our landscaping and pool maintenance crews. These visits are essential for maintaining the property and cannot be rescheduled or delayed. Thank you for your understanding.
