Pool Heating: Pool heat is optional and available for an additional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week. If you'd like the pool heated, please submit your request and payment at least 72 hours prior to your arrival to ensure it will be ready upon check-in.

Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

Party and Event Policy: We strictly enforce a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale has stringent regulations regarding noise disturbances, which may result in fines and could lead to the removal of our listing from hosting platforms.

Security Features: A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance, which is solely used for verifying occupancy and for emergency purposes.

Noise and Occupancy Monitoring: The property is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitoring system to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are maintained. Please note, the system does not record conversations or specific sounds; it simply monitors decibel levels to prevent disturbances.

Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
