BEWARE! This property is the worst I have ever stayed in. First off, the front door lock was broken. We could not use it. Had to go in the garage door. That was fine until the battery on the garage door went dead. Unfortunately for us, that occurred on the morning of a tour and we could not meet the tour at the pick-up point. We had to go get a battery ourselves. We contacted the host and they gave us the code to a lock box for a key. Unfortunately that did not give us enough time to make our tour. The host refused to refund anything but the battery cost. We were out hundreds of dollars. Besides that fiasco, the place is dirty. Dishes were put away with food on them. Glasses were smeared. They provided 5 bath towels, 3 hand towels and 2 washcloths for us. Towels were rolled up wet. When we unrolled them to dry, the white towels were horribly stained. We didn't think then, but the next day after using (ugh) we washed the towels and they came out clean. So, housekeeping rolled up dirty towels!!! The house sleeps 6 but there are only 3 seats in the living room by the TV. The kitchen chairs had their plastic runners broken off, so they were wobbly. One had a cigarette burn in it. One of the bar stool chairs also had a broken runner. The living room table was broken. Half of the hinge was sticking out. Master bathroom sink was plugged up. Used it the first night. Still had not drained in the morning. We told the host but they did nothing.
